ATMOSPHERE: I mean, it’s KFC. LOL.
SERVICE: Service was absolutely TERRIBLE. When we first got there, another woman was filing a complaint. When we placed our order, the lady who took it seemed like she wasn’t paying attention or something. I ordered the Chicken Littles combo & said with mashed potatoes. And then she said, «Okay, potato wedges.» What?! We proceeded to wait about 15 minutes for our food. We didn’t get any drinks, but the people who ordered after he did… When we finally got our food, another gal just threw the bag in front of us and was talking to either herself or the lady who took our order saying, «That’s all of their food,» with some sass. And when we asked for our drinks, the girl who gave us our food yelled at the lady who took our order. She tried to remember what we were getting and said, «Oh! Two fruit punches and what else?» Confused, we corrected her and said Pepsi… And she goes, «Two fruit punches?» WHAT?! Talk about frustrating.
FOOD: Meh.
OVERALL: I don’t mind KFC grinds, but with that type of service… NO THANK YOU.

My son nicely asked the cashier «Maybelline» (as he hands her the ½ full container of mashed potatoes) she rudely with a little sassiness says to my son «why?» I answer from the tables «because there isn’t any gravy in the container. She then responds by saying «oh“grabs the container and tells the person behind the counter «they want more gravy»… My son thanks her and so do I — she had no friendly expression and just stood there as if we didn’t exist. Terrible service on her behalf.
I’m sure this KFC stays open because of the convenience of its location. Surely not for the customer service or cleanliness.

Bad service !! The cashier didn’t even know the menu !!! Called us a bitch and asshole under her breath ! Young lady with bad attitude!!! DONT GO HERE EVER !!! Everyone else that was working was super nice but her !!

This kfc location is the worst in customer service ever, the girl that took my order was very rude it looks like she didn’t want to be there (KATHLEEN)is her name, no smile no welcome and no thank you what so ever. She should come to my restaurant and learn from my staff,

Terrible customer service. To the management remember we the customer pays the bills. Talk to customer as what they are customers. A simple «I’m sorry we can’t do that or no we don’t have grilled how about fried» is better then how you now talk to customers.

Called in a phone order 15 minutes before arriving and was told the food would be ready when I got there. Arrived and was told the food wouldn’t be ready for 15 more minutes because they JUST put the order in.

Do not go here.
Among KFCs and fast food restaurants in general, this place is the worst.
It’s dirty, the staff was shouting at each other, and they got my and other patron’s orders wrong. Quality control is completely lacking.

This location has changed so much. Was looking forward to getting my meal until I actually ordered and the cashier talked like she hated her life. Another employee was sitting in the customer eating area and just using his phone. Not sure if he was done with his shift or on break, but it looks unprofessional. Oh, and I felt like I repeated myself three times because every time I ordered something else, she would ask again what I wanted. This place used to be my favorite spot to grab a meal for a good price but I was happy once I walked out.

Fuck this KFC… They don’t open on time, what kind of restaraunt does that? I’m hungover I want to give them money for chicken. Why forsake me!!! Why?!

I used to go here a lot, but what made me stop was that the new management and the old crew I would aways see are not there anymore and the menu has changed while portions got smaller and how slow it was, I ordered popcorn chicken and I can honestly say that it took almost 20 minutes just for the order to be done while others after me got their food in five minutes. And somehow they forgot about my order. that lack of customer service and the term «fast food» I wish the previous manager was back running the place…

I came to order a family size potato wedges for my husband, I came 9:30 at night n the girl said they don’t have bcuz they’re about to close in 30 mins, I tried to order a large mash potato and they only have small size left, one crew came up to the cashier and asked her what do I need and she said «she said she wants potato wedges“and we don’t have… what pissed me off more is they just looked at me and they started talking ilocano in front of me… What a shame!!! No star

Never again will i come here. Very slow just to make a twister. If you’re too weak to use the tomato slicer (since 2 little girls couldn’t do it) maybe working in the back isn’t a good idea. The Chinese lady up front seemed frazzled, and it wasn’t even busy. 15 min for a twister because you hire young people though they are getting paid $ 10/​hr???
PS your soda fountain has ants crawling around it.

This place has bad parking, appears dirty, lacks a drive-​thru, has only one register, and usually has a long, painfully slow line (that often includes people that always make ordering way way more complicated than it should be). Today when I came here I had to wait 15 min for grilled chicken because the slow incompetent staff didn’t have any ready. Worst KFC in the area.

Can never go wrong with kfc! Awesome deals on Saturday & sunday 10pc for 12.99! The assistant manager took our order and he was so quick awesome service!

I wish I could give this place negative stars. First off, went there to order their weekend Saturday and Sunday special for 10 pieces of chicken for 12.99. So we ordered half original and half crispy. Simple right? All you have to do is count 5 of each and put into the box. So we waited for our order to be called but 2 other people who ordered after us got their weekend orders of 10 pieces of original. Hmm okay so we thought maybe they are still cooking more crispy and yet again a third person after us got their original 10 piece order. When we go up and ask them what are we waiting for since 3 other people after us got their orders and left and I see cooked crispy chicken there on your rack. They had no reply. They just shook their head and rushed to fill our order. No one even apologized for their horrible service.
Second, get that tall filipino guy cashier with the glasses off his position of being cashier because he sucks at doing math. He couldn’t even give the right change to another customer that gave him the exact payment. The customer had to school him in math and tell him how much he gave and what his change should be and and still that cashier looked dumb founded. He’s probably the reason why some orders got messed up.
Lastly, if that Chinese guy worker stopped chatting and trying to sell extra biscuits to customers who already paid and focused on doing his job right then maybe the orders wouldn’t be messed up.
Anyway, I’ll be driving to jolli bee for fried chicken from now on or the other KFC near the base as this one bites the dust.

I normally don’t eat at KFC. I just get really disappointed when I think about the amazing KFC experiences I’ve had in Asia/​SE asia (if you haven’t been to an asian KFC, do it!). I really wish the asia KFC sectioning would expand to include Hawaii. I mean, maybe if they started catering to all the asians here (like offering rice as a side), they would do better. Come to think of it, I can’t think of many KFC locations on the island…
Anyway, this KFC is conveniently located right next to the H1/​Like Like free way on ramp/​off ramp. It’s a really tiny store, with only a few tables to sit at and I’ve never seen the parking lot full… In fact, often times, I pass by and the parking lot is empty. The guy who works here though is soooooo enthusiastic. I would be bored out of my mind if I worked here, but this guy was on top of things. Especially if I had to deal with the Farrington high school kids from across the street everyday, I would probably be a very unhappy worker.
The food is pretty standard. I usually get a two piece combo which you can either get with 2 sides or 1 side and a drink. It also comes with a biscuit. The guy will ask what kinds of condiments you want for your biscuit and I always ask for honey. Yum yum. The chicken is decent, sides forgettable. But I should mention that in comparison to popeyes, KFC DOES serve green beans. Popeyes has it on their menu, but doesnt actually serve it…

Service was good. My server/​cashier was very energetic… Probably drank too much caffeine. Waited in line for about 10 minutes; there were several people ahead if me. I ordered the big combo meal (#5) out of curiosity. It was okay. They don’t have a public restroom which means I won’t be bringing a group here for lunch.
Since I needed the restroom, I had to leave after finishing my meal. This is why I rated this KFC only 2 stars.

I am once again compelled to write a review, not based on the food, but the service!
After a crazy and long evening of running errands, the only thing I wanted to do was go home and dine on some comfort food… and there are few things more comforting than fried chicken and mashed potatoes. Fortunately, a KFC is still in our neck of the woods so my fiancé and I headed over for some grub. Note: this particular location has no drive-​thru.
We were the only patrons ordering at the time but I was pleasantly surprised by the energy of the Shift Supervisor, Stephen. He kindly greeted us and gave us a few minutes to look over the menu. When we started to order, he politely stopped us and suggested another option, as it would have saved us a few bucks. I was super grateful that he went this extra mile of thinking for us, as I was in no condition to do math at this point. I was just hungry! He gave us a generous amount of honey and butter for our biscuits and, just as kindly, sent us on our way.
I was very happy with my experience at this particular KFC, thanks to Stephen. It’s very rare to find anyone in the food services, especially fast food, that is nice and genuine and helpful!

The place needs to be remodeled. The place looks really run down and a little disgusting.
The food was not that much better. The chicken was dried out, fries and corn soggy, etc.
Also, KFC is freakin expensive!
I think I will need to stick to Popeyes or the cheap Foodland fried chicken from now on! Just need to use up my Hot Deals Hawaii coupons first!
