Great place! The vanilla latte is incredible and I love that they sell Bubbies mochi ice cream. I prefer this place to Starbucks and coffee bean.

Unilocal has the address wrong. Located in Ohana East hotel this adorable little coffee shop is courteous, neat, intimate, has free wifi, & just added happy hour with cocktails. My favorite place to hangout especially with friends.

Stopped in here for some lattes… I had heard good things. I ordered a sugar free vanilla latte… nasty! It was so overly sweet (or fake sweet), I had to force myself to drink it. To make it worse, I think the bill for 2 lattes was $ 14…wtf?! So overpriced and Starbucks is much better. There was also no selection of pastries or quick bites to eat. I would not come back.
We had AMAZING lattes down the road at Honolulu Coffee Company (in the Moana Surfrider Hotel) the next day… that place is worth the $$$ and has an AMAZING selection of pastries.

Wow, the latte here is fantastic! I like a really strong espresso drink, and I don’t need to get an extra shot to get that extra kick here, but I do because it tastes so good! The gal that works the front is polite and quiet, and is amazing Barista. She makes beautiful foam art too. If you’re staying nearby, pass the Starbucks and come to this place.

I write this to improve the experience of me and others. Every time I go there — the staff looks as if they’re confused as to why I or others are there. They barely say hello — and most of the time it’s a blank stare. If they are making coffee or a bagel forget being acknowledged. And the older guy with a crew cut looks as if he wished customers would go elsewhere. Zero personality. It’s too bad as they have a lock on coffee in that area. Perhaps that’s why they have this attitude. The coffee is good — although way overpriced — but I realize it’s Waikiki.
Please improve the quality of your staff and get some life in that store!

Good location and just as good or even better than Starbucks. We both ordered iced coffees (Maui Brew) and it was really good. We like the dark, smoky chocolate notes. So if that’s your thing, definitely go here. Really good! Fast and friendly service.
