I bought a groupon for 6 music lessons. The phone number rang to a non-working answering machine. I tried several times to contact someone there. When I finally complained to Groupon it still took days to get someone to contact me. We set up a date/time for the first lesson(no morning lessons since we were working on «musician time» — thanks, customer time clearly not important) and after driving back to Honolulu, finding parking and then finding the«studio» the teacher never showed. No call, no answering of the phone, no call later to say sorry, nothing. And let’s talk about the studio — I swear to god I thought I was in the wrong place — no sign, nothing. I had to ask at one of the stores downstairs. The place is next to a massage parlor. The«suite» number is penciled in above the door. I am frankly shocked that Groupon would partner with them again. The is no Web site, there is to way to contact them. Stay away.
