KKTF Hawaii

My bedroom closet sliding doors have always given me a headache. The darn thing just won’t slide. I have to put all my weight on it to make it go. After calling some sliding door companies, they said I had to replace the whole darn thing. Half of the companies won’t even give me call back. I called KKTF today and spoke with a guy who said he’d send someone out the next day to do a free estimate.
Sam, one of their technicians, came over and started to spray some WD-​40 on it. Lo and behold… they slid just fine. I heard a clicking noise and inquired about it. Sam said one of the rollers might be bad. I guess to him… no big deal. In my opinion, I want to fix any broken thing in my house. After taking my closet door out, he looked at the roller and said It can be replaced. He stated his boss would call me with fees involved in replacing it. When I asked how much I owed him for today, he replied «No need. Free estimate, yeah?» He worked on my closet doors for approximately 25 minutes. This wasn’t just a quickie look. He made my closet doors usable! I call that working… not estimating, but I’m not complaining. I’m quite impressed so far…
I know who to call again for all my screen, glass, door, and window needs. Thanks guys!!!
