Worst janitors I have ever encountered! One of the men was swearing out loud while emptying the trash. This happened 3 days in a row. As the days went by he got louder. We finally had to complain. It was scary! They sent him somewhere else. Another janitor sweeps our carpet with a broom instead of vacuuming. This would cause us to sneeze when the dust settled. We talked to them about this already but she still does it periodically. And to top it off, she is rude. She doesn’t smile. She doesn’t say thank you when we hold the door for her. And when she DOES vacuum, she doesn’t vacuum every cubicle. You have to ask her to vacuum your cubicle. Then she looks at you irritated. Terrible!

Kleenco is the service that cleans our offices. We are a tenant and the relationship with them is managed by our property manager, Colliers. The Kleenco team is reliable, friendly and always does a great job. The bathrooms are always kept really clean (which must be hard given the number of people in our facility) and they are very accomodating to our needs as a tenant.

I don’t usually write reviews but I wanted to send a shout out to the Kleenco staff that has been servicing our office in Waikiki. Although we’re in an older building the Kleenco team has always displayed an admirable level of pride in ensuring that the building is clean and presentable. The group, which includes Eddie and Jack, are always professional, personable, and most important reliable. I especially appreciate that even when my office door is closed they will knock to see if my trash needs to be emptied or floor vacuumed; as opposed to other services who would simply walk on by. Having experienced the complete opposite with another cleaning service at another building, I would confidently recommend Kleenco for those who are looking for a professional and reliable office cleaning service.

We selected Kleenco to clean our offices because they were bonded and carried the level of insurance required by our management company– but they also turned out to be the most economical company we looked at! Scott has been super easy to work with and our office is nice and clean. He was even able to arrange electronic invoicing for me to make my reconciliation easier. We highly recommend Kleenco!

Lynn from Kleenco has been servicing our office for the last 2 months and we couldn’t be more pleased. He continuously goes above and beyond typical janitorial duties to ensure that our office is left perfectly spotless. Since he’s been able to remove old stains and clean out hard to reach areas, our office looks like it had a «mini-​makeover».
