This man has been my doctor since I was twelve years old. I still come to see him at age thirty. He is the most compassionate, hard working doctor I have ever known. When I was 13 years old and taking care of my grandparents, I would always bring them to see him. Whenever they ended up in the hospital at Queen’s, which was often, he’d show up there at 1am to check on them and make sure they were okay. I count myself lucky to have had Dr Lam as my family doctor all this time. You would too.

Évaluation du lieu : 5 Pearl City, HI
Dr. Carlos Lam is not a doctor for impatient people. The reason being he says«he accepts the patients that other practitioners are suppose to pick up as well in a collaborate effort to spread the necessitous patients equally amongst themselves». Too many practitioners will not accept new(medicaid) patients because of a full work loads with these patients already. Also in these tough times billing restraints exist when trying to provide good health care. He has chosen to accept these burdens and receives less pay for these patients. Dr lam not only picks up these patients he doesn’t allow the quality of care he can provide all patients to diminish. Dr Lam and his staff obviously only leaves the office when all the patients have been seen. Therefore by appointment or not you will be waiting a couple of hours regardless. Once nurses have gathered the necessary information they need from you. It is possible to leave and return at a time they indicate will be best for less office waiting time. Currently 7⁄14 he spends time during the work week in two offices, one in Pearl City on Tues and Thurs and one in Honolulu Mon, Wen and Fri. In summary Dr lam may not be the doctor for you if your insurance allows you to go anywhere for health care. Although Dr Carlos Lam’s extensive experience and knowledge allows him to provide some of the best health care you can possibly receive.
