My brother recently moved to Honolulu and I thought he might enjoy a welcome gift when he arrived. I contacted Laura, described my idea, and she promptly replied that she would be happy to help! I sent a list of groceries I wanted him to receive, along with a note to be included. She contacted my brother, set up a delivery time, hand wrote my note for him and made the delivery at the agreed upon time. The quality of the groceries, wine and flowers were all what I had requested. He enjoyed his «Welcome to your new home» gift! Thanks Laura!

Wow! Probably one of the best services I’ve ever used in quite some time. To say that Lauramae Shopping Service went above and beyond would be an understatement. Lauramae exemplifies the Aloha Spirit that makes small businesses in Hawaii so special.
I wanted to send my friend a pint of ice cream just because. The issue is that I live on the mainland, so I couldn’t deliver it myself. And I was disappointed to see that services such as Postmates or Task Rabbit haven’t reached the islands yet. But that’s ok. Lauramae came to my rescue. Although she normally requests for advance notice (as she should), she was able to squeeze me in that day. This is when the adventure began.
Lauramae picked up a pint from Il Gelato in Iwilei and was about to deliver it to my friend’s workplace. Well, when she called, she discovered that she had called in sick and the weekend was coming up. Oh no! But not to worry. Lauramae gave me a call and ended up delivering my gift to her residence instead… Over the weekend! She also bought a card & hand wrote a fairly lengthy message that I had requested. She delivered the ice cream as requested and within the timeframe she quoted. She was also very transparent and provided me with frequent updates.
I highly recommend her service to anyone who is living on the mainland and needs something nice to deliver to friends/​family members. I didn’t even care about the cost (and by the way, it’s very reasonable for the level of service she provides). This was truly an example of money well spent. I cannot thank Lauramae enough for making my day. I hate throwing around hyperboles, but this lady was my modern day super hero. Mahalo!

We used Laura for our grocery shopping, and I couldn’t be happier! She bent over backwards to make sure that we had everything we needed. She is reliable, honest, and right on time! I will definitely be using her again in the future! She went to several stores and saved us so much time and stress! Highly recommend Laura!

I had an unusual request (a very specific product only available at certain stores, and only in Hawai’i). I needed this item shipped to me on the mainland.
No hesitation, no questions, Lauramae’s service got the exact item (had to go to two different stores to get the full order), put it in a USPS Priority Flat Rate box, and got it in the mail – all in the same day.
I was a little concerned that maybe it wouldn’t be exactly what I specified (you know how that goes, to a lot of people bread is bread and so on, so they just grab the easiest one). No worries there: exactly what I requested!
This is truly 5-​star service at a reasonable price. Next time I’m able to get back to our condo in Waikiki, I am going to have some key items I need waiting for me – I’ll use Lauramae to make it happen.
