I only found out about this place when I got an email from Groupon stating that they were offering a deal for here. I went to the linked website and was very impressed with the video on the actual product and how it works. When I called, the staff was friendly and informative. I had purchased 5 sessions via Groupon and they were able to work with my work schedule for all of my appointments. I was told to arrive 15 – 20 minutes before my appointment to fill out paperwork and for my consultation before my actual treatment.
I arrived early for my first appointment, but NO ONE WAS THERE YET. Other than that my first appointment was wonderful and I lost 3 inches total.
My second to fourth appointments were not so great. My second appointment, they ran 15 minutes late, and due to the way they scheduled, there was another person, male, in the room finishing up the vibration part of his appointment. The only seperation was a asian silk screen.
The third appointment was also behind schedule, and I also was not measured. Fourth appointment was on time (since I was the first appointment of the day). I was not measured for this appointment.
Last appointment, I arrived 25 minutes early, and had to wait a total of and hour and a half for my actual appointment. Based on my final measurements I did not lose anything — $ 300 down the drain.
Don’t waste your money. The doctor told me in passing that a person needs about 18 sessions to see results.

Staff is rude and incompetent.
