I love the lotions here and wanted to check out their new items. Unfortunately, upon entry I was greeted with a hovering sales attendant who consistently told my 3 year old not to touch anything. I am not in the habit of letting my child run crazy in stores, so I was watching her closely but the sales lady made me feel like my daughter and myself were a huge disturbance. I hoped to find something new and purchase multiple items but because the attendant was so un inviting and annoyed by our presence I left with my usual hand lotion. I shouldn’t have purchased anything from this rude women but I didn’t have time to drive to Ala Moana. It’s difficult to get errands done with a toddler anyways, but the sales women made it more so. Oddly enough they were offering mothers day promotions… They definitely lost a customer. I’ll be purchasing from sephora from now on.

Staff here are extremely helpful in picking out the perfect gift. I stopped by with friends as we were leaving the beach to introduce them to the L’occitane line of products. They have the full selection of products and I was certainly happy to have a great conversation with the manager. She really made us feel at home. Thanks for a great experience!

Their Almond Oil rocks, helped our dry skin not look so ashy. Ladies were helpful and professional.

The store manager is phenomenal. I walked in during a weekday(my lunch break). The staff person and store manager were friendly, helpful, and so knowledgeable. I found a soap(vetyver), purchased a baby gift, and got a sample of a face cleanser I’d been thinking of trying. I love shopping at Royal Hawaiian Shopping Center; sometimes, however, it’s out of the way, making it challenging to get there. And I so want to give more business to this store because the manager was great! When I’m in Waikiki again, I’ll be sure to stop by.

Everyone is bound to forget something on their trip to Hawaii, right? For me, it was aftershave. Luckily, L’occitane was right down the street, and even though it’s mostly a girly-sort of place(I’ll never admit to dabbling in the honey-lilly-shea butter stuff), they have some pretty good guy stuff, too. My girlfriend fiddled with some of her regular items, while I grabbed my shave balm and was good to go. Pretty good location, all the usual stuff you’d expect from L’occitane.
