Home base hangout! A great addition to the scene in Honolulu. Great music and Karaōke, also lots of TV screens for football and other sporting events. To me a great watering hole and place to come for friendly staff and service. It’s my «go to» place for stopping by and having a few. GREATHAPPYHOURPRICES! 3−6pm and 9pm to midnight. Good to stop by after work or late evening. 5 dollar patron shots and $ 3 beer and drink specials daily. Plus Happy Hour food menu boasts items between $ 4-$ 6, ideal for the budget minded. Convenient location on Keeaumoku with additional parking across Young street. I REALLY enjoyed the Kal Bi, Pepper Steak, Poke, Fried Poke Salad(winner!), Loco Moco(killer!) and fried rice to name a few. I like the ambiance and the management is working hard to continue updating the venue and establish Lola’s as a great destination for relaxing and events too. Plus Guiness on tap! Give it a try!

Lola’s is a great neighborhood spot. The happy hour is the best, all drinks half off 3 – 6, then some pupus too. Awesome live local bands on weekends. The vibes are mellow and comfy. Staff is friendly and welcoming. The owners were present and interacting with guests. This new restaurant has started off great with plenty of drive to make it even better. I look forward to watching this Lolas take off !!!

This is a great place. It is new and clean and the staff is very courteous. During happy hour this is the place to go: beer is $ 2.50, food is equally as inexpensive. I had pork sliders – they were the size of a burger in a fast food place! One of the owners in Filipino, so they have homemade lumpia – very tasty. Highly recommend.

I love Lola’s! Nice ambiance and even nicer staff. Every staff I interacted with was very friendly and personable. One particular person Jed, was so nice and went out of his way to make sure I had a great time. I had the Loco moco! Delicious. Five star.

Not much to review. It’s a bar. It serves drinks. Has food. But nothing worth driving out to. When we got there, no one welcomed us or even bothered to look. We sat at the end of the bar and wasn’t greeted or served until after the bartender finished her story with her other customers maybe just 4 seats away from us. First round of drink orders, Heineken and a mixed drink was fine. But they charge taxes on your drinks too! We asked for a food menu. She gave a us a one sided sheet of paper. Water wilted and dirty with people’s finger stains. She let us know that out of the maybe 20 items on the menu. They could only serve 4 of them. Mind you, it’s 12 am and already you have no food. Not because it’s that tasty. She said her managers forgot to order the food. Second round of drinks, she ran out of sprite. No syrup. Forgot to order and no backstock. She recommended I substitute with cranberry Juice. Peach ciroc and cranberry do not, do not go together! I know. I drink it all the time and I work at a bar. Changing the food, the scenery and the staff, but we were not impressed. Made us miss champions and the food and their staff. We will brush this off and come back to see if it’s better. Benefit of the doubt that they are still new.

This place is awesome!!! It has everything. They have live music, great food, great bartenders and really sweet cocktail staff, a pool table, dartboard and even a karaōke room. I asked the bartender to make me something fruity and delicious, they delivered. By the end of the night I was dancing. Will definitely be back and soon.

WOW, check it out. Went to Lola’s(site of old Champions Sports Bar) and wanted to share what a great place it is. ENTERTAINMENT was Lehua Kalima & Shawn Pimental — can’t believe I got to hear them for free. FOOD: Ordered the loco moco and they substituted for me pulled pork. Came with TWO delicious perfectly cooked eggs over pulled pork on a big bed of rice. SOONO! Two friends ordered and split the pork chops. Two big porkchops over onions and mushrooms. They ordered a side of rice to go with, and this combination filled them both up. They loved it. Prices are really good, portions are big and the venue is spotless with great local vibe, super friendly crowd and staff. I”ll go back soon. LOLA’s gets FIVE stars from me.

So this is an update of my first review that I wrote for Lola’s: I had been charged for more that what I specified on the receipt after including tip, and wasn’t concerned that I was shorted a couple dollars, but that it had happened in the first place. After having written a review of what had happened, management immediately contacted me to try and get this situation figured out and within a couple days, we have resolved the issue and it was based on human error rather than on purpose. I appreciated all the effort of digging through a weeks worth of receipts even though I didn’t have my own copy for evidence and wasn’t even trying to get the couple dollars back. It’s nice to see management making effort to rid the flaws of their business and to deliver good customer service

Ryan: While searching for a bite and a beer, we popped into Lolas grill and pupu bar. We split an order of beef sliders with garlic fries and the spicy ahi. Mata: It was emptier than usual – only Wednesday, about a week out from christmas so not much of a surprise, karaōke time! So many crisp tv’s not sure where to look~ Ryan: The beef patties in the sliders were cooked to a perfect medium rare and the spicy poke, made with decent sized ahi chunks in a delightfully zesty spicy sauce. Mata: I’ve got a bit of a cat tongue so the torridity became so much it had me mewling for milk, yet before the could think straight, the heat was already subsiding in levels and there was the next dangerous morsels on my chopsticks. The sliders, ahhh~ i LOVE cheeseburgers! These sliders made by Jed were great– meat cooked just enough(a little more than medium, just under well done) and the side of garlic fries complimented well~ Ryan: Okay fine. Yes it could have been better, there is always room for improvement. It was food i could have made myself for much cheaper. The truth is that is was just as good, if not better than my own cooking, but i didn’t have to make it. I was happy about the food, there were beer specials and the bartenders there were alway entertaining and courteous. Mata: Yup yup! Shout outs to Marco, Justin, Russ and Matt! :D Ryan: Ugh… Shout outs. I would definitely come back at anytime I was in the area with time to spare. Mata: Ditto, everyone is unabashedly welcoming and charismatically engaging~ even the music!
