Longs Drugs

You just can’t beat a drive-​thru pharmacy when you’re feeling sick! Have the prescription called in and they even text when it’s done! I’ve dropped off prescriptions in the drive-​thru, returned in 15 min, done!

They have a Bank of Hawaii ATM inside so I definitely use that.
I had my doctor send Rx to them online and although there was a minor hiccup because online Rx orders aren’t standard, they told me it was received and they’d have it ready. I got a automated call telling me the Rx was ready an hour or two later.
Simple, accurate and fast.

Not to be confused with your typical Longs, this one mainly serves as a pharmacy. Of course, you can pick up drinks and some drugstore necessities but they do not stock the Sunday specials that you find at other Longs.
For me, the location is the biggest plus. Pharmacies are far and few in between in Liliha! The staff usually prepares the prescriptions quickly and the drive-​through pick up is another bonus.

Brad Lee N. is super nice and very helpful. Small and a bit of a wait (still shorter than most long’ s pharmacy waits) but very good customer service.

Great to have a Longs Pharmacy near by. The staff are friendly and Ian Pharmacist is great. He explains things to you in detail and gave me alternatives to filling my moms prescription. Medicare part D sucks! Plus they sell snacks, food, and drinks. Good to have some choices of pharmacies near town. They promise to have your prescriptions ready and you really don’t have to wait that long.

We went to pick up our son’s prescription after the doctor called it in since we were coming from Kuakini. Got to the pick up counter inside and they said it would take 15 mins. We said we’d wait for it and will come back within an hour to pick it up, but we’ll go to the drive thru instead. The girl told us yes, it should be ready by then. An hour later we went to the drive thru and the guy looks it up, says it should be another 5 minutes so please drive around again (mind you, there was no one behind us). So we parked and waited another 5 mins, went to the drive thru window again and the guy pulls up our info and says «I think your order is ready, but just waiting on verification so please drive around again.» By then my husband was annoyed with driving in a circle in that small parking lot and the fact no one was behind us again. He decided to go inside since the drive thru guy was being ridiculous. I’d give them a 1 star based on that guy who handles the drive thru window, but the other people inside were friendly and helpful.

What a good location for pharmacy stuff! I’m so happy that they finally opened a longs in liliha. It’s a small store but you can find all your pharmacy stuff here! They also have a little section for household stuff.

My wife needed a flu vaccination this past week. It is very late in the season, but we needed it for various reasons. We also needed the preservative free version of the vaccination. They didn’t have it in stock anymore.
The staff went out of their way to call ALL the Longs stores nearby, none had them. Then they even called Walgreens! I don’t know if there’s anything that demonstrates putting customers first better than this.
The staff at Longs deserve a lot of praise and kudos for helping me and my wife out. Way to go guys! (I only remember one staffer’s name, that’s Lori, but they all helped out.)

came to Longs for the large selection and good prices on Macadamia nuts. Longs is convenient for a your shopping needs and has great prices.

I like this Longs, it has a drive thru for picking up your prescriptions. Unlike the Pali Longs Drugs, wait time here is significantly less, like 20 minutes.
1 star for not being open Sundays.

Love this convenient little pharmacy. It also has ice cream, snacks, drinks, condoms, pads, tampons, household cleaners, emergency stuff like that.
Only thing is that they close fairly early, but thats ok!
The service is awesome! I walked in and was immediately greeted. My prescription was not quite ready, but I only live a 10 min. walk away. So they offered to call me when it was ready.
