Oahu Extraction

We had a water leak due to a damaged water line leading to the refrigerator’s icemaker. The plumber contacted Oahu Extraction to remove the water that puddled on the kitchen floor. I talked to Marcus first. He assured me they would take of the problem and will dispatch a water extraction specialist to my home.
Kory arrived on scene and immediately began to work. The entire process took 3 days to complete. He was here every morning and would even return in the afternoon to check on the progress. He would keep the dehumidifiers and dryers going until he was 110% certain the affected areas were no longer showing any signs of water.
Kory is very professional and certainly knows his stuff. He would answer my questions and even took the time to explain what he was doing and why it had to be done. I learned a lot about the water extraction business in the last few days.
Thanks to Marcus and Kory, my home sustained only minor damage. I can’t thank you guys enough for saving my home.

My carpet looks 30x better than before!!! OMG Marcus is amazing !!! My appointment was at 11 he arrived around 10:40. He immediately went to work. I needed 3 bedrooms, hallway, and stairs done. He finished everything in about 2 ½ hours. I was totally shocked at how awesome my carpet looked. If you want you your carpet done right call Marcus. He does off post and on post military housing.
