Some adjectives to describe the service that I received at Optinet Hawaii:
courteous, diligent, efficient, thorough, knowledgable, economical.
I have visited this store a couple of times and I always leave with a sense of gratitude that Dale Ibara and his crew, like Oscar, have done all that that they are capable of doing to see me leave the store with a satisfied look on my face and a bounce in my step.
I hope that their business prospers and expands in 2015.

We got a Dell desktop computer ~4 years ago, configured with Windows XP (to suit some users’ needs). Finding a seller of such a computer wasnt easy and Opti’s price was surprisingly low. I’m glad to see they’ve grown and moved into their own storefront location.

Needed to go to an AT&T store and this was the first location that popped up on the directory. We went there for a SIM card and throughout the process of activating the phone, Danny was so helpful and kept us entertained about a lot of things — which helped take away the stress that we felt that day. I recommend this place because of the super friendly and speedy service. It felt like we were there for just 5 minutes! They repair computers, phones, etc. So if you need any of such to be repaired, go to them, not to the geek squad. Lol. :)
