Pacific Access Mortgage is everything you would want and need in getting your home loan. They were always prompt to respond to any questions and always met deadlines. Our loan officer was organized and always on top of it. He watched loan rates and gave us his best opinion on when to lock-​in as soon as it was available. Our loan was approved on-​time and never left me worried or stressed during the entire process.

Great experience working with Darren on multiple properties throughout Oahu. Darren was able to consistently find mortgage loan options that beat out other military friendly banks like USAA and Navy Federal Credit Union. It’s important to have open communication and free access to information throughout the home buying process. I had no problems with this company in those areas and would gladly use them again or refer them to others.

This bank worked with us on a VA loan and beat out USAA’s rate. Our loan officer, Celia Fujikami, was also excellent to work with. She offered us a competitive interested rate, was friendly and extremely informative throughout what would have been a stressful experience. She took the time to meet with us in person to sign most of the paperwork for our home loan, and broke things down into simple terms so we knew what we were getting ourselves into. She has great people skills and is an ideal person to work with if you’re looking for a mortgage. She somehow made signing countless pages of boring paperwork somewhat enjoyable.
