Kept seeing postings on their facebook page about the farmers market on Sunday and Monday from 3−7pm. Not a location that I would pick just for the heck of it. It’s $ 5 for parking to start, so we decided to wait a little after our event at the hotel today and go find it. I read in an article that they have about 20 vendors, and they boast about their croissada that is made by their pastry chef. Well, epic fail today. A few minutes after 3:00, we finally found the«farmers market» with 4 booths set up, another 2 just starting to set up, and about 15 minutes later, another 2 that arrive and start to unload their vehicles. By 3:30pm, 8 booths total with 2 still not set up, and no crossadas in sight. It get one star for effort in impressing the tourists, but zero stars for impressing this local.

Smaller market more of a night market with a fruit stand and some hot foods than a traditional farmers market. If your looking for fresh pressed sugarcane juice This is the place to get your fix.
