As one of the very few Haoles in the Kalihi neighborhood, I am reminded by many, that my kind is not very well liked. While I am taking my walks, or even in my immediate neighborhood, no one will even make eye contact, much less say hello. I’ve lived here for almost three years, and only once has the lady across the street gave me a friendly wave. It’s okay, I’m used to it. But these folks at Par 3 always welcome me with a smile, and go out of their way to make me feel they appreciate my business, and I am welcome. Thank you Par 3, for your kindness.

Went to buy a candy bar and found dead birds in their store. 3 smashed within the store. As soon as I saw this I walked out. That is so nasty!!! I called the store and told the man who answered the phone that he has 3 dead birds in his store and he laughed and said oh well. That’s gross!!! Health department should check that place out!!!
