They were closed due to being away on vacation. I just called their number and was informed by the owner that they are open today.

This place is located on the ground level of the Topa Tower. Cash only — but there are BOH and FHB atms right there. I came here for the Phở, but the smells coming out of that kitchen were of teri-chicken and stir-frys which almost made me change my order. I stayed the course and got the shrimp phở. The first thing that I always look at is the color of the broth. This broth was very light, almost translucent which isn’t a good sign. In all it was just ok, it tasted a little too sweet, but soy sauce and fish sauce fixed that. There was a good portion of noodles, but there were only 3 pcs of shrimp. I don’t think I’d come here again special just for Phở. Bale’s broth was actually better and closer to me. If I do come back, perhaps I’d try the bbq options.

I can’t even explain… How terrible this place was… And pricey… Lol for a vercimille noodle bowl. Where the heck is my spring roll? They took forever to make the bowl. They screwed up put rice in it… Asked for noodles… Then 20 min later… They got me a plate with over cooked noodles with overload of salty chicken … And no spring roll??? Lol yea seriously I think I’ll never come back here… Smdh My poor friend had asked for no noodles and she got no spring roll either lol. If we weren’t pressed for time we would asked to get that missing piece of spring roll! Grrr!!!

If I’m willing to make the journey, this is where I go to get Vietnamese food. Here’s why I like Phở Saigon Moi: — Number one reason– the coffee: They make the best Vietnamese iced coffee. You taste the bitter coffee with the sweet Thai(condensed milk). It’s poured over lots of ice. Oh, the contrasting flavors and icy-cold, all mixed together in perfect harmony! I have to restrain myself from inhaling it. No other coffee shop can do this! — Family-Run: Husband and wife are the primary workers, and they work with pride. Consistently great customer service, even when it’s busy.(One of them will acknowledge you.) — Going the extra mile: Ever get back to the office and realized your take-out order didn’t come with plastic utensils or the requisite dipping sauce? Don’t worry, Phở Saigon Moi packs all that stuff for you. Order, pay, and leave knowing that you’re all set. — Copies of their menus are available all throughout the counter. I find it easier to read than the posted menus on their wall, which is a combination of handwritten and picture menus. Unless you’re a regular, you may find it overwhelming to sort through. At least there’s another option. While it’s not the absolute best Vietnamese food, it is a lot better than its downtown competitors: * Ba-le(too commercial) and * Phở Twin Bento(tiny place with limited food choices and iffy customer service). I’m part Vietnamese so I may be a little picky. My usual is a rice plate(love jasmine rice!) with either tofu or chicken. I recently got the chicken chow mein. Verdict: I’ll stick with the rice plates. Would love to try their phở if I have time for a sit-down lunch. Seems to be popular. Please note: They don’t accept credit/debit cards so bring cash. There are ATMs next door.

Love this place for lunch. The spring rolls are fresh and delicous and pad thai is made as spicy as you can handle. My friend always gets the Phở and she swears its the best she’s ever had.. ..

A few of my co workers said to try out this place for my Phở Fix. I went ahead and tried it because it was only across the street from Harbor Court on where I work. It was a little later on in the day i think it was after 230pm or about that time. First it looked like they were done for the day. A few people left just eating there but majority of the lunch crowd is back at their office. I ordered the Tofu Phở with extra Tofu. It took about 10 minutes for it to come out. What I think had happen was that they had to get everything out because They didn’t expect a tofu phở order to come in that late. When I got back to my office. The noodles tasted like soap and my broth was flavorless. I’m pretty sure the soap taste from the phở was from them cleaning the strainer or something to that extent. I almost couldn’t finish it but was so hungry to eat that I just forced my self to finish my meal. The people here were nice though so they automatically get at least another star for that. It was probably one of the worst tasting phở dishes I had. I’ll stick to Fort Street Café for my phở fix.
