Professional Image

I have had work done at other places in the past, but when I started using Professional Image, I was treated so well by Marissa Steinfeld, the owner and her staff. They are so great in what they do that I have not used anyone else but them because of their professionalism, great work and quick service.

I emailed to Richard my 2 side color page that I made in Adobe Pro and they printed 200 copies and they were right on time for my event! Thank you Richard and Marissa for your good work!

Richard F. and team were amazing! They helped my organization in creating and printing marketing collateral for a huge event. They were very upfront about cost and even had suggestions as to how me might reduce some of the cost. I found Richard and Kim to be extremely helpful and on top of things. I have to add that their turnaround time is great. I went in 1 day and already had proofs being emailed to me the next morning. Just tried Professional Image last week and they are awesome. I needed to print a brochure and a poster that i had to turn in that morning and professional image saved my life. Printing was fast because i went there right when they opened so i was the only customer at the moment. They cut the trim marks for me as well so i left with my printed projects good to go and ready to present for my class. Will definitely come here again and absolutely recommend coming here. Professional Image has helped me out a ton with my work projects. I’ve mostly dealt with Richard and Andrew but their entire staff is helpful and friendly. Their turnaround time is really quick and although I’ve given them some last minute projects that needed to be printed, they’ve always followed through.
Most times, I need flyers or advertisements to be printed and Andrew is always good at suggesting what paper would be best to print on, what colors to use and so forth. I normally give them a general layout of what I need in PDF format and what paper weight and finish I would like. If those paper options are not available, they suggest what is the next best or closest to what I’m looking for. I’ve worked with them a lot so I trust their judgment and just usually tell them to print what they think is best without having to run it by me first. If you are unsure of how the printing will turn out, they can also show you samples before they print the actual batch.
Professional Image is at the top of my list for printing projects for business and I will definitely go to them with my personal projects from now own as well.

Conveniently located on the corner of Alakea and Hotel St, the staff at Professional Image helped meet my needs and time frame for some invitations that needed to be printed quickly. After communicating with Ron, the proof for the invitation was done within a day and the cards within another day. Although this was my first time needing any type of print work to be done, I’d highly recommend this company. Discounts/​specials are a bonus!

Richard and Ron went the extra mile for my difficult printing and binding job. They helped me reformat and print my thesis to A4 international standard size (The US uses something called «letter» size). They also came up with a binding solution for me at that size, even though their machines fit US standard. Their patience and professionalism helped me with a stressful job.
