Punahou Cliffs

This condo is just B E A U TIFUL! From the lobby… To the hallways… To the units themselves! This whole property is very well maintained and manicured! I especially love that its set back from the roadway and hidden behind a huge banyan tree. There are only 10 floors so its not a very over crowded building. The people who live here are all really courteous and friendly.
Its in a very convenient central location to the mall and grocery stores. There is also a huge park next door with a community library and pool (Makiki Park). Its extra convenient for anyone attending Punahou School… Or going to Punahou Carnival! lol They have a huge pool for residents and large grassy area for kids to play. Its very secure and safe… They have a guard on duty at night. The guest parking is small but the resident parking is ample, although some are tandem stalls.
Side note: They post a sign during the Punahou Carnival weekend that you cannot park in the guest parking to attend the carnival!
