Snarky/​rude emails from their customer service department. They eventually resolved the problem, but it was an unpleasant experience. I have every single one of their stamping plates and have been a customer for many years. I didn’t deserve that kind of treatment.

AKA Bundle Monster. Ugly customer service, if you are shipping out to the US dont bother. Unless you want to wait 4 wks! There was never a manger there to speak with to solve any issue. Good luck.
