Rental Solutions

This is our first time renting a place in Hawaii and the agent was very helpful to communicate between the landlord and us during the application process. We have dropped off rent at the office as late as Friday afternoon at 4:50PM and someone was there in the office. Excellent experience so far. Hopefull it’ll stay the same when we move out too.

We have been using Ian and retal solutions for almost three years now. Ian and his team exemplify what is lacking in many businesses today: professional, attention to detail and customer focus on both owner and tenant.
Ian has his maintenance staff and all the repairs (water heater, sink, air conditioning and landscaping) have been professionally done and reasonably priced. He has also professionally handled a tenant attempting to break their lease in a way that worked out for both the tenant and ourselves.
Communicating from the East Coast back home has been easy. I can’t remember a time when I have waited more than an hour for a response back on an issue.
It gives my family great piece of mind to know that Ian and his team are watching over my home and the families we share it with.
You may find a property management team out there for less, but my guess is you’ll probably end up paying more in time, hassle and expenses. I could not recommend Ian highly enough.
