I really enjoyed my experience with Dr. Ridao. After several years with other doctors, I appreciate his caring attention to my concerns. Where other doctors give me «the look» — The one that says why are you bothering me with this. You’re getting old. What do you expect? — Dr. Ridao takes the time to listen to my concerns, explain what is going on — even if trivial — and prescribe a course of action for those that need action. I highly recommend his services.

Terrible customer service! Been trying to redeem my Group On purchase for the past two weeks, but looks like it’ll expire before they call me back. Yes, I should have redeemed it earlier, and understand if they are busy, but expect a call back to verify that I can still use my purchase. Someone answered the phone when I first called, but said they are so busy that they would have to call me back with an appt. time. Waited 3 days, no return call. Since then, I’ve called another 4 times, left three additional messages explaining my situation and willingness to wait if they would just confirm that my call has been received. Horrible experience, will not refer them to ANYONE!

Horrible. Horrible. Horrible Experience! AND, I didn’t even get a chance to really«experience» anything! I bought a living social deal for 3 zerona laser fat reduction sessions. My neighbor bought a deal as well. He said he had a very hard time getting an appointment and it took almost 3 days for the clinic to call back with his appointment, but he finally got in for his consultation. I guess the clinic was«overwhelmed» with a response from the living social deal. I decided to wait almost 3 weeks before calling to let things«die down» a bit. I guess that was my mistake! I called on Monday and spoke to a rep. I was told I would get a call back Monday afternoon with a consultation appointment. When I hadn’t heard anything by Wednesday, I called the clinic again. This time I got a recording saying due to the living social deal, their clinic was overwhelmed with calls but to leave a message and I would get a call back. I left a message. When no call back by Thursday, I called again. This time I spoke with«Janet» who informed me that she had no appointments to give me. Um. What??? I already paid $ 400 for treatment, and you’re telling me there are no appointments??? I demanded to speak with the person in charge as a living social deal NEVER should have been offered if the clinic couldn’t fulfill the deal! She told me the clinic isn’t the one who put the living social deal up and they had no idea it was there. REALLY??? So conveniently, she couldn’t find the number of the guy who was in charge of marketing types of things(such as living social). I asked to speak to Dr. Ridao. Of course, he wasn’t available. No apologies were made whatsoever on behalf of the Dr’s office. I called living social and after 45 minutes of being on HOLD, I finally spoke with somebody at living social who confirmed with Mr. Ridao’s clinic that they couldn’t fulfill my deal and I was able to get my money refunded. Extremely annoying. Extremely disappointing! I fully intended to pursue other treatments through this clinic if these treatments went well, but now I will be referring NOBODY to this clinic. The kicker? This morning there’s now a GROUPON offer for this clinic! The same clinic that couldn’t fulfill their commitment to patients who had prepaid for treatments via living social is now offering a groupon? Get real! What a joke this clinic is!
