Rolex Store

I walked in wearing beach attire, I was thinking no one would take me as a serious buyer. Mindy came over after a few minutes and offered her help. I told her my budget and she showed me my choices. I ended up buying the new Air King with no tax! I’ll tell you the trick, you have them ship it to your home and pay $ 55 for shipping. No tax, zero. Your welcome. I saved about $ 300 in HI. taxes and $ 600 had I bought back home in CA.
Mindy gave me 3 beers and I kept the Rolex glass cup.

My experience shopping here was no what I was expecting. My wife has been wanting to buy me a Rolex for a while now, and we wanted to take advantage of the lower Hawaiian sales tax. Nohu, the sales rep that greater us, did the typical tourist inquisitive assessment/​background check. Once we met is criteria of being legit customers, he shows us the 5 most expensive pieces in the store. One watch I did like very much. However, when I asked if he had more available than just these five pieces Nohu said, «no, we just have these.» Okay, so… your telling me that in your entire shop of hundreds of pieces, just 5 are for men. Come on dude, if I am (or my wife in this case) is going to put down the same money as a car, you better come up with a better choice. Additionally, just because I (we) have a little bit of money does not mean I want to buy he most expensive thing because I can… that just not wise not being a good steward of my hard work ethic. Will I buy a watch, yes. From here, no. Be careful people… the sales rep here want your money not your customer satisfaction.

Professional. Only problem is the store very limited in repair abilities.
Understandable because we live Hawaii. Not the Rolex capital of the world.

Meh. Wasn’t bad but far from moving. Was surprised that such a large boutique had few extras or much of anything out of the ordinary on display.
Staff acknowledged us briefly but wasn’t particularly friendly. I’m guessing by the fact that the entire staff was Asain that the store was trying to cater to the Asian tourists so I guess I wasn’t the target demographic… even though I was wearing a Rolex at the time.
Again, worth a look but don’t expect anything special.

I want to take the opportunity to recognize Sam and the excellent service I received at the Ben Bridge Rolex Store. I didn’t enter looking for a purchase but had a complicated matter involving my «missing» watch and figuring out how I could make it known or flagged for future reference. Regardless, he took the time and went out of his way to help me with my situation. He was knowledgable and offered excellent service and I will definitely revisit this store for my next purchase. Thanks Sam!

The best service and best selection in America. You can also get free complimentary watch cleanings anytime and the atmosphere is very friendly. If you’re in the market for a Rolex, this is the place to be.
