Read some other reviews, strongly think this business doesn’t take customer service seriously. I shouldn’t even give one star. Thanks to Unilocal for the opportunity to share the frustration. First of all, when I called to schedule my appointment, the lady who answered the phone sounded so rude and impatience. She gave a pretty early time I didn’t really like to take it at first, but okay, I took the appointment at 9:30am. I went there on time, the business hour suppose to start at 9 am, the store was locked still. I tried to call their phone number, nobody answer. I waited another 20 mins, still nobody came. I was so mad and left. I went back to my car, and called Groupon right away to get my refund. I didn’t even want to deal with this business at all.

This was my first time to this salon, and first hair cut/​color since I moved to the island 4 months ago. I found it with groupon, and had tried for weeks and weeks to find somewhere that could work with my super busy schedule. Finally, Tess saved the day! She came in on her day off to do my cut/​highlight touch up and conditioning treatment. We had awesome conversation (as fellow crossfitters!!) and my hair turned out beautifully. I will certainly be back to see her!

I’ve been to JadaRaine and Tess HELPED me even with my Groupon coupon. She is super nice and cordial. After talking to her for a few minutes I felt like I knew her for years. What really impressed me about her is that her actions really showed how much she cared about the quality of service she provided. I had root color touch-​up. The color was perfect, the root well covered. I love it. I highly recommend this nice, sweet lady.

I had a great experience and would recommend to anyone! I bought a groupon and even though the stylist that advertised it wasn’t there, I was still able to get my cut and color. Super friendly, super cute atmosphere, and I ended up with great hair! Thanks so much!!!

My girl friend and I both purchased a groupon to this salon and everything seemed great. The salon is really nice and very clean and our stylist J. Choi seemed personable and knowledgeable. The whole experience was great except towards the end. She was doing both of our hair at the same time which wasn’t a big deal at all, as we were the only ones in the salon. I feel that she didn’t leave either of our color in long enough and towards the end I felt she was rushing. She also asked if we wanted trims even though that was included in the groupon. Fast forward to when we’re paying out… Throughout the entire 3 hour experience she never once stated any prices of any of the «additional» prices. You can imagine how surprised we both were to be charged for a specific color and toner (which she did without my consent and failed to tell me of the price difference) She also charged for a «bang» cut which was anything but that. She essentially did a slight fringe on my hair. The point of this review is to let people know of the lack of professionalism. I have no problem paying for the services that I received. I do, however, not appreciate feeling like we were scammed and taken advantage of. With each extra service she did, it would’ve been nice for her to let us know the prices. I went in excited about this place but left with a bad taste in my mouth. We still tipped her accordingly (if not more) and will not be returning…

Just did my hair at salonjadarain and did a balayage ombré on the sides and I love it… The employees there are so friendly and nice and great customer service and easy parking
