I think I’m 18. I exercise like a maniac, but I hate stretching. Probably explains why I am hard as a rock. So, during work one day, in addition to body pains, I decided I needed to get out of the office and this place is in the building next door and the price was right so I decided to check it out. Holy smokes — shady! I’ll get to that in a minute! If it wasn’t for the girl with the strong hands, I probably would’ve given them less stars. First of all, I called and they were able to take me right away — during my lunch break so that was a plus. According to the website, they are in Suite 1610, but then the woman on the phone tells me to come directly to Suite 1500. Um… I ignored her and went to Suite 1610. When I got there, the woman who answered the door did not know anything about my phone call. SHADY! She took me in anyway. So she walks me into a large room. The room was very well lit, huge room. Cold. Not what you come to expect when you get a massage — definitely not relaxing… you know, no soft music, dim lighting, nice smells, nada. Just a regular old room. Kind of like a large hotel room. Then she came in. The girl though had great technique, super strong. She was good. So, why wasn’t I happy? Well… during my one hour, she stopped three times to go answer the phone, answer the door, go talk to someone and left me there, naked, under the sheet, in the cold room. Waiting. HELLO!!! Really?! That was pretty annoying. And then when I looked at my watch, I didn’t get my full hour either. And then you subtract the time she left the room and left me on that table in the freezing room(no heating pad or anything on the bed), I really got cheated on time. Super annoying. But… kudos to the girl… she was strong which I definitely have a hard time finding in a massage therapist. And she incorporated Thai massage and so she did some super duper stretching on me which I totally needed — I had just done the Spartan race and my body was completely BEATENUP!!! So for that I am sooooo appreciative. And the price, $ 60 for an hour(well, almost an hour in my case). Can’t go wrong. Oh, the other thing that is kind of irritating… they charge a surcharge if you pay by credit card. No extra charge if you pay cash though. So yeah, I paid cash but come on, really? Isn’t the credit card charge the cost of doing business? I guess if I’m dying at work, I would go back since it’s right next to my office and it’s cheap. But I wouldn’t choose this place as a place for relaxation therapy or anything. No thanks.

This is the worst massage place I’ve been to so far. The lady was incredibly rude and didn’t even thank me after I had paid. She wasn’t even that great at finding knots or sore spots, and was massaging right on the bone much of the time. She will not receive anymore of my business since she did not appreciate it in the first place… good bye.

Wow. Just had one of my best massages ever: 90 minute combination with Suda. I really like her style. Very fluid, balanced, and skillful. She has a great way of working on the trouble spots without over doing it. Works on it. Moves to another area to give it a rest and then returns to work on the trouble a little more. Atmosphere is really nice and comfortable. Temperature was great. They also provide shower which is very convenient. I had a terrific experience and heartily recommend Suda to everyone. Already made my next appointment!

I called and was able to get a massage scheduled as early as 20 minutes from when I called.(Lucky, I live a hop, skip, and a jump from there!) It’s in the Century Square on Bishop Street on the 16th floor. When you walk in you have to remove your shoes, and they have a cubby for you to put them in. Looked clean and well kept. I would suggest to take off any jewelry, and they give you a basket to put your stuff in during your appointment. I came for 60 min($ 60), but as time passed I asked Wan to extend to 90 min($ 90) instead. She checked her schedule and I was in luck. The thai massage was wonderful, but let her know if she puts too much pressure, and she’ll pull back. She helped ease the strain I did to my shoulder just yesterday. Don’t expect to lose every knot you might have though unless you make continuous visits. I got head to toe, front and back without asking, but feel free to let her know what you’re not comfortable with. What’s also great, is finally I find someone not trying to talk to you the whole time. It’s also a plus when I don’t feel sore or sick after compared to other places where you feel like you they used a meat tenderizer on you. I feel super relaxed. You can also hear some slight noise from the traffic outside, but it didn’t bother me.(Mostly honking, and an ambulance). The only little itty bitty thing that I didn’t like was the rough terry towels where I had to lay my face on. Other than that, I will definitely let friends and family know about this place. I left her 20% tip. Worth trying, and worth going again!

I’ve been there a few times and overall, I like it. This place is located in Century Square on the 16th floor, on the makai-ewa(south-west) corner of the S. Beretania/Bishop Street intersection. Upon arrival you need to call them and the therapist will come down the elevator and open the secured gate, so have a cell phone handy. Free parking in the underground lot on Sundays and Holidays. I think you may need to pay on the week days. I’ve usually gone there for deep tissue massage, but they also offer Thai and Swedish style too; going for $ 60, $ 60 and $ 50 per hour respectively(not including tip). Much more reasonable than many of the spas in Waikiki or the hotels. For people who like to shower before or after, they have a nice clean bathroom/shower available with lotsa towels, shampoo and body bath gel. The rooms are very clean, table coverings changed between each customer, nice ambiance with soft lighting and music. I had a couple of therapist and Kona(woman) is the best so far! A nice personality, professional, and boy can she find the kinks and work on them. I’m a bit sore the next couple of days, but the«good kind» of sore!

Located in downtown Honolulu — i am making this my go-to spot when i am stressed or muscles are tight. 30 min for $ 30, 60 min for $ 60 etc. This place is better than pau hana drinks. Standard thai massage: walking on my hamstrings and back — then awesome shoulder and neck work — then the thai massage style where they swing you from side to side — ahhhh!!! Love it! 60min was good. I could have gone for 90 min easy. They also have other kinds of massage, but why go thai massage and not get a thai massage? It’s just unfortunate that they have to put signs saying ‘non-sexual massage’ and require you to pay 1st. But a few pervs can ruin a great thing for everyone. Have some respect — thai massage is great for the body and mind.
