Until this day, we still haven’t received a report or quote from them. 1^st guy Zach Solomon did not send us a quote or report after 2 weeks of not hearing anything from them Jeff Bull (Project Manager) states that Zach is no longer with the company. So Jeff stops by hoping we get some kind of response on the estimate of the damage and details of the work to done and offcourse the cost… its been over a week now we heard nothing from the Project Manager Jeff Bull which sounded so convincing when he explained the process and they would help… in the meantime the mildew is still growing for the past few 3 weeks of waiting on them! I should’ve known the half of the PM’s lastname BULLSHIT! Not trustworthy and too much «he said she says» but bottom nothing has been done. Not recommended! Don’t let this waiting happen to you! I don’t write alot of reviews but when it gets really frustrating and i have no one to run to for help then i will speak my mind on here!

I have dealt with other carpet cleaning companies in the past and by far ServiceMaster has been the best company I have ever dealt with. From the girls in the office, Julie and? (so sorry, can’t remember her name), to the cleaning technician, Edgar. Everyone is very polite, professional, and proficient in their work. There were two homes that I had carpet cleaning done and for both homes I received an email confirmation and a phone call reminder. Edgar is a very hard worker and does a fantastic job! I watched him for a while steam cleaning the carpet. He takes extra care where there were stains. After the job was done he asked about how the carpets looked and made sure to point out the stains that did not come out, which was only a few small spots. In this home the carpet was over ten years old and Edgar made it look like new! Edgar also took time to explain the invoice and the pricing. He is a humble man. If you want a carpet cleaning company that does a fantastic job and if you want to work with a great group of people, call ServiceMaster. Thank you very much ServiceMaster for doing a fantastic job in both homes!

This is my first Unilocal review, tho’ i’ve been using Unilocal for reference couple of years ago.
Was looking for professional cleaner for single bed apartment move out, all i needed was carpet steaming and vinyl floor strip and wax. I shopped around for almost 3 days, and i decided to give them a chance even they only have 1 review. Price point, they are lower compared to almost all that i’ve asked. And if i have to choose between two companies offering me same price, how they deal with me would be the deciding factor, not the number of reviews they have on Unilocal.When you call their office, Megan and Ms Ryan (not sure sorry) are very professional, pleasant and very accommodating. Set up the appointment the next day too. The cleaning person, Sir Edgar, is very efficient, professional and organized. He came few minutes before the time, set up his tools and did the carpet and vinyl for give or take 2 hours. My carpet and vinyl are in way better condition than i first moved in 6mos ago, previous tenant or apartment manager should have used Servicemaster, I could’ve enjoyed their work. I am very satisfied with the job, considering that i know a thing or two about household cleaning. Edgar did an awesome job. Paid by credit card, Megan emailed me the receipt in more than an hour and made sure i received it by calling me. I would never hesitate calling them again, and i would definitely recommend this company.

I have used this company in the past but this is my first review. Edgar did a great job the first time and thank goodness he came again for my second call to them. Edgar was very professional and my white carpet and couch looked brand new after he was done. He was able to get grease spots out of carpet from some contractors tracking it around the house. I was unsure if he was going to be able to get it out but my carpet looks fantastic! The price was very reasonable at $ 150 for all the work and he was able to do it in less than 2 hours. Highly recommend this company. The service lady Megan is also great as she returned my phone calls promptly and was very accommodating with my requests.
