I was referred by my insurance to here after making a claim. I took it in, the entire process, estimate, repair, return, took only 11 days. Which is kind of good? I guess.

Although the repaired what needed to be, they caused more harm than good overall. After making the repairs, which was to 3 Panels on the Passenger side after someone keyed me, they left some parts under-​painted as in you can see the primer/​sheet metal (I have a black car, it’s pretty obvious), other parts unpainted (yet again, you can see the gray/​white), interior paint (it didn’t have that «gloss,» it seemed more like a matte and chipped easy, left the gauge pod foggy (hasn’t cleared in the past 2 months), and white overspray (don’t know why or how) under the passenger side door handles.
This is my daily driver car to work and such, giving it up for those 11 days is hard enough, and the fact that I have to give it up again because they couldn’t fix it the first time without creating more problems. I have been delaying this furthermore repair for about 2 months because I need the vehicle. I prefer not to pay $ 80+ a day to rent a car. (/​cut)

Amazing service, they took my car in on Tuesday and it was ready to be picked up on Friday. I had to have the front bumper replaced and painted from a minor fender bender. I came to pick up the car and I was so impressed. It’s great quality work and they have a friendly, professional staff. They take good care of you at Sigs, I would highly recommend them for auto body repair.

Everyones experience is different. My experience is far from excellent, I don’t normally write reviews but this wrenching experienced had to be shared. I was understanding and patient through the whole process but mistake after mistake it couldn’t be tolerated. The managers are not customer or job oriented Tracy from the Kalihi Sigs and Rob from the Wahiawa Sigs.
The car was severely damaged, The Sigs in Wahiawa stated to take some pics and send it, that they didn’t want the car to get towed there for a estimation, for it sounded like it was ‘Totaled’. Took Sigs wahiawa 1 week from the initial pictures of telling they’ll have the car towed to the kalihi Sigs. Now mind you we initially called Sigs Wahiawa because we live in the heart of North Shore. Now the vehicle gets towed into town, it takes them 3 weeks to do the repair on the vehicle with the insurance getting approve. On the receipt of work, it states it was initially reviewed by insurance for 1200, Sigs did the estimate and reviewed it for $ 5000+ then put in another supplement for $ 2000+ so now the total to repair the vehicle was $ 7000+, my vehicle blue book is only worth $ 6 – 7500. So they fix the car, fine. I get informed the vehicle was ready, so I make arraignments and pick up the vehicle coming into town from North Shore with my 2 year old. I drive off the lot, not only my windows don’t roll up automatically on the passenger side like its suppose to the the car made loud clunking noise. So after driving for 10 min, I turned around and told them. They check the sound and says the strut is bad, they don’t have the part and they have to get it to fix the strut, by their words «its safe to drive». I have my 2 year old with me and I have to drive to north shore, okay fine.
I go home and I had my fiancé drive it with me to see if there was anything wrong with it, Then I can’t open my passenger door from the inside. Okay now I was upset, they take 1 week to get an estimate, Wahiawa Sigs can’t take my car so they send it to the town Sigs, my window doesn’t roll up, the strut is bad, passenger door doesn’t open properly, to top if all off, the clear coat is all rigid on the door and very sharp when they had my vehicle for 3 weeks. I called back sigs and left a message for Tracy .
The issue goes, vehicle goes back into repair for strut and supposedly to sand the clear and repair the passenger door not opening. They had my vehicle for 3 days. Thurs, Fri, and following Monday. This time when I picked it up, I brought the vehicle home, I checked it on my day off and the passenger door handle cap was missing. Of course I call Tracy and have her fix that and also informed her my window is still not rolling back up automatically and the clear hasn’t been sanded off. I had informed her I was not going to drive into town to her shop, its just too far when I also take my child with me everywhere.
I don’t hear from them for over a week, finally couple days later they part comes in and they have it in Wahiawa sigs. I finally took my car there and the first time meeting Rob in person is far from friendly, blank face ‘Can I help you’.
This is my experienceMy fiancé chose Wahiawa Sigs for it was closer to our home than my friends shop and Kilani Fender couldn’t take the vehicle at the time.
If you get your car done at Sigs, check your vehicle and test drive it to make sure it is repaired right so you don’t have to go back and forth, in my opinion they’re just a mass car repair mini factory. I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone.

I had issues with this place. We agreed on what I felt was fair and they took care of me.

My experience with Sigs on Kaaahi has been nothing but good. After an imperfect job from another shop, we were directed to Sigs by our insurer (Liberty Mutual). Not only was the service quick and easy, but they were able to color match on the rear bumper of our red Toyota that the other place wasn’t able to get in 3 tries.
We just had another bumper replaced (after a minor rear-​ender) and my experience was just as good.
The manager, Tracy, has never been anything but polite and helpful with me.

I recently had my tailgate fixed at Sigs. It looks just like how I Bought it right off the lot. They even took me to work when I dropped the car off. The estimated time was 4 days for the work. I planned accordingly. Two days later my car was done. Delivered to my work washed and tires shine. When I went to pay my bill I was greeted by a very friendly staff. They thanked me for my business and made further suggestions. I will definitely be back in the case my car gets dinged up again (hopefully not). I highly recommend them for all car body work. Ask for Billy, he will answer all your questions and shows a genuine care. Thanks again Sigs.

Let me first start by saying that I only write reviews when absolutely compelled to — and in this circumstance I am most definitely so.
Bottom line up front: I would take every vehicle here had I need a reason to have them repaired.
I was rear ended by some young female who was texting and driving about a month ago, while I was sitting at a crosswalk waiting for a pedestrian to cross. My insurance company, USAA, referred me to Sigs Collision center. Being a frequent peruser of Unilocal,I was a bit nervous after reading the previous two reviews. However, I was more than pleased at the professionalism and the accommodating nature of the individuals that work there.
I work for the Military so my hours are absurd — I had some issues getting my vehicle down to the shop on regular working hours 5 – 1600 M-​F. Lance (the manager) arranged to have his shop open on a Saturday afternoon just so I could drop off my car, and he kept the shop open late yesterday (a Tuesday) so I could pick it up after work. I cannot think of any other shop or service industry that is equally as flexible.
I had no issues with USAA working with the body shop whatsoever — they covered the damages in full, to include the deductible.
As a bonus, they cleaned the exterior and interior of my car prior to me picking it up.

After a month and a half of waiting to get my truck back from repairs @ Sigs Waipahu… i get back a broken seat belt and missing a mud flap on my truck. Come on! I thought they supposed fix my truck and not break it more!

I also agree with you about this shop and also their shop in Waipahu. When I got my car back from waipahu last week it was filthy. Sunflower seeds that were eaten and spit out on my floor, overspray of the paint on my tire and rim, and white powder all over the inside on my leather.
When I brought up the sunflower seeds to the lady at the counter all I got was a «I’m so sorry» I brought up the powder in my interior to the manager and was told «it will wipe off». At this point I just shut my mouth and left. I did take pictures of all the mess in my car. So if anyone from Sig’s reads this, I’m sure you will know who I am and you can ask for my pictures to see the mess you left my car.

I would NEVER get my car repaired here again. EVER.
My insurance referred me to Sigs Collision Center Honolulu after some idiot rear ended me. My rear bumper and trunk had to be replaced and repairs had to be made to my exhaust system because it was bent from the impact.
I had to pay out of pocket for minor previous damage and luckily the adjuster was able to bring the estimate down so that my share was more affordable.
Originally I was told the repairs would take seven to ten days for the repair after the parts came in. Sigs received the parts on 12÷20÷11 and they finished the repairs on 1÷22÷11, so clearly it took about a month.
After I picked up my vehicle I noticed my car was squeaking from the rear like an old truck (I have a 2005 Acura TSX) anytime it moved. Even when you shook the car by hand it squeaked very loudly like it metal rubbing against metal or a noisy spring. I called the shop back and told them about the noise but luckily for me it was the end of the day on a Friday so of course they tell me to bring it back on Monday.
I take the car back the following Monday and meet with Dave who originally did the estimate. Dave doesn’t bother to put my car on a lift to find the problem but rather he just shakes my car like a true mechanic. Immediately he says that my shocks should be replaced and the noise was probably from wear and tear.
I get a second opinion from Ross at Palolo Auto Service and they tell me that the squeak was in fact from the accident and that the damage should’ve been clearly visible when they were repairing my car. Ross also tells me that they didn’t even bother to reconnect my other muffler that wasn’t damaged in the accident.
Bottom line is they did a half ass job and didn’t even bother to fix their mistake. Instead Dave tells me to get a diagnostic from another shop which is extremely inconvenient and very unprofessional. The only plus I have to say about Sigs is that the staff are friendly but unfortunately that doesn’t mean much when they can’t do repairs properly. NEVER TAKE YOUR CAR HERE!
