Make sure your shots are up to date. Place is filthy and the wait staff is rude, but they are great at ignoring guests. If you find yourself walking by, don’t stop, run by so you don’t get a disease.

Note: good idea to get a tetanus shot/​booster to enter the place! Also when all your vaccinations good to go good luck with getting service inside. Sat there for 10 – 15 minutes and no word from a waitress even after taking the waitress the check from the previous guest.

Horrible service! Everyone has an attitude that works there! Bartenders r the worst, slow to help and feel like they own the place. Don’t drink beer from tap, they don’t clean the lines. Food is ok, but not worth the hassle with the horrible service. Will never go there again, and I gave it a few tries.

RATS!!! RATS RATS!!!
On two separate occasions, I have personally seen RATS running across the dance floor during business hours, and the band playing!!! Makes me wonder what goes on there after hours? Rat fiesta!!!
I bet there is a whole village living under that stage. ew…

I visited with a few work friends from Wisconsin recently and really enjoyed Snappers Sports Bar…
It has a dive bar feel, you would see back on the mainland in your neighborhood… Not at all what everyone other bar near Waikiki is doing…
They have live music on the weekends, pool tables, darts, ping pong and more.
The tap beer selection is great, about 15 to choose from.
The food was tasty… I’ve tried the wings, fish tacos & the Kailua Pork & cabbage all very good.
The service was amazing, both during the week and on a Friday… very friendly, fast accurate.
They have nightly food specials and a great 3pm-​6pm happy hour.
A must try if you want something a little different after hang out on the beach all day.

Let’s put it this way, it’s the DMV of bar and grills. You sit at the chair waiting for what seems to be endlessly for your first introduction to the waitress to get your drinks… 30minutes later, you get your drinks and get to start ordering your food. Again, an hour later after you actually receive what you ordered before you got drunk because you drank so much in between ordering and getting your food. You get a burger that tastes like paper… P. S. The waitress OBVIOUSLY does butt stuff. People who work here have daddy issues.

Had the country fried steak and eggs, the steak was a little over cooked the gravy was pretty good, eggs were ordered over easy need a little more time cooking. In all I should have ordered the loco moco.

We visited Snappers for drinks and food during a Packer game during our vacation. We arrived well before the game and got a great table. We had very prompt service and were happy with our drinks (Mai Tai) and appetizer (chicken nachos). The place got very busy just prior to kickoff and that is when our service became very slow. Our waitress forgot to put in our food order but was apologetic and gave us a round of drinks on the house for our long wait, which was nice. Overall, decent bar food and a fun atmosphere to watch a football game with fellow Packer fans.

Food is good and cheap. Service is terrible and management doesn’t care.
The waitress who is the manager was almost nonexistent. We had to track her down to place the order. When order came she pretty much threw our plates at us. When I brought it to her attention she said she wasn’t even supposed to be working that day, that her employee called in that day and she had to cover her shift. Well that’s not my problem and I still expect a curtain level of professionalism.
She then said she was extremely busy. I looked around and the place was not even a quarter full. I said this to her and she flipped out raised her voice and told me I could leave.
It was breakfast they were extremely slow. There’s no excuse for the way she treated my wife and I
If you don’t mind terrible service but decent tasting cheap bar food than go to snappers!

Snappers is one place near where we were staying that was open really late. So on a night when hunger stroke, we went to try it out.
All in all, the place was alright. We ordered the Jalapeño Poppers, and Calamari Rings. They were nothing to exclaim about. Just usual bar food, no flavor happening and nothing I’d come back for. We also ordered drinks, The Blue Hawaii and Red Snapper Rita, both were pretty strong.
The layout reminded me of a cabin in the woods. They do have TVs, and I think a fusbol table. I had to remind myself that this restaurant is a franchise from the mainland. But overall, I wasn’t feeling it and thought it only took away from my tropical fresh Hawaii vibes.

My hubby & I were excited to go to a Packers Sports Bar while we were vacationing in Oahu. We especially looked forward to eating the cheese curds. We were very disappointed when we got our curds (or should I say fried breading), there was barely any cheese in the breading! Nothing at all like the curds that we’ve eaten in Wisconsin. We told our server about our dissatisfaction with the curds, but he made no comment and gave us our bill. When we tried to speak with the owner, they wwre outside, they became angry. They became defensive and said a few choice words to us and walked away. What ever happened to the «customer is always right?» Also, you would think they would appreciate constructive criticism so that they could improve on the problem. We will never return there. I do not give bad reviews unless I really have a bad experience/​food. I believe this is my only bad review.

Cheap food and drinks. A bunch of tvs to watch any and all games. Decent service and a good happy hour. Super casual and laid back with a dive bar atmosphere.

Terrible service! No one came to take our order And never came to check on us so just had to get drinks from the bar. Will not come here or advise anyone to come here.

Two years ago we were on Oahu and spent several meals at Snappers. It was great. The fish tacos were wonderful! The service was friendly and great.
We are back for a month and had our 3^rd meal there tonight. or tried to. We are staying right next door. We went over to order take out. My husband and son Sat at bar for 10 minutes before they were given menus. They then ordered food but the place was out of pizza dough. So they reordered. They told the waitress that while they waited they would like a happy hour drink. The waitress looked at her watch and said, «oh, that ended 15 minutes ago… watches all said 5:59.“oh she said, we set our clocks differently». Then they tried to order large beers of a certain variety and were told they cold not do that. Finally, 45 minutes later, they left with our food. Salad dressing was missing from my salad. We are not hard to please and were very excited to come back to Snappers. Last Tuesday we were there with friends and had a waitress who could not tell us if the fish tacos had corn or flour shells nor answer several other questions. And the fish tacos took forever and were less than wonderful. We just attributed it to a green staff and a busy night. But being new and poor food are no reason or excuse for poor service and an attitude that transmits as not caring. The green waitress we had last Tuesday night was apologetic and kind… We ordered 5 full meals tonight. The salad was good… but not good enough to bring us back. The service was horrible! We were so impressed two years ago and so unimpressed this year. I will never go back and I will never recommend this place to anyone!

I’m a little torn as i enjoy grabbing breakfast here and stopping for a drink or two, however, i made the decision to stop here to catch the Packer game. There were plenty of tvs but the picture was grainy on most of them. That wasnt really a problem for me but during every commercial break they blasted this God-​awful soundtrack which was a total buzzkill, some packers soundtrack that would be fashionable at the Leave it to Beaver household. Almost made me want to leave, i feel bad for the staff for being subject to such torment. I love the Packers and watching the pack play, but PLEASE STOP WITH THE AWFUL MUSIC!
Atmosphere and staff were great and halftime was fun, all around a great hangout, just beware of the soundtrack during commercial breaks during packet games.

Post remodel set up is way congested getting to restroom, interrupting pool and ping pong games. Suggestion: Move ping pong table to left wall under the lights and eliminate some of the clustered tables to allow a better flow in that area. Our company spends a good amount of time and $ at Snappers but this set up is frustrating, I. also over heard a table of regulars talking about the crowded corner too. Please consider changing things. Thank You.

We love playing ping pong, please consider leaving that and removing tables for now — win win! We do enjoy the food & wait staff is good! Thanks for reading and hearing us, we are only trying to help Snappers be successful and do not want to take our business elsewhere!

Service? What service?!
Stopped in for lunch on a Tuesday about 1:30. There was one table occupied by a group of 8 and a few people on the patio.
After 10 minutes of being seated, the waitress told us «folks, it’s going to be kind of a long while. I’ve got a group of 8 over here ahead of you». That was ahead of any drink orders, menues, etc… so after another 5 minutes with no staff in sight… we left.

Twice on two separate trips, my friend and I have wandered in here from our hotel not far away and haven’t been disappointed.
Seven or eight years ago we came here, jet lagged after a late flight in, and had a small conversation with our waitress that ended up making one of those life moments that you just can’t plan for. When asking her what to do in the area she simply said «go sky diving». She had us convinced after she said the view from the plane was worth it alone. So we did. And she was absolutely right! You never know sometimes…
On the more recent trip we just came to unwind after a long day of touristing and it was just as we remembered it. Our server didn’t offer any insider tips this time but he was SO prompt and even after we lingered for a good half hour or so after closing out he still checked in on us and refilled our waters.
There was also this Dads-​Need-​Hobbies-​Too type cover band playing a bunch of 90s hits which I’ll never complain about.
Cool place. Cheap drinks. Why not?!!

This place is just a regular pub nothing special. They have cheap deals like happy hour.
I came in cus they had sandwich and salad for lunch for $ 4.99 which was a pretty sweet deal. The lunch deal us from 11am– 3pm.
Service was good.
I would only come here if I have nowhere else to go.

Ich kann mir nur eine eingeschränkte Meinung erlauben, da wir immer nur zum Frühstück hier waren. Wir hatten ein Hotel ganz in der Nähe, dass leider kein Frühstück angeboten hat daher haben wir nach alternativen in der Nähe gesucht… und gefunden.
Der Grund warum wir hier hin gegangen sind, war eine Empfehlung unseres Concierge als wir nach dem günstigen Frühstück in der Nähe gesucht hatten.
Das Frühstück kostet 3.95 $ (ohne Getränke) und ist somit echt günstig. Man hat die Wahl zwischen verschiedenen Optionen inkl. Sausage, Potatos, Eggs, Pancakes und weiterem. Der Teller hat eine ordentliche Größe, so dass man auch satt wird. Der Kellner hat eine komische, genervte Art aber da kann man drüber hinweg sehen.
Ich kann es –besonders für den Preis– echt empfehlen!
