Subway

We went to this Subway restaurant today for lunch. My prior experiences here with the Korean lady were great. She was very helpful & made me decide to travel a little farther to eat a sandwich.
This time another lady named Inge helped me. At first I thought my experience would be pleasant until she began to lecture me about why I should toast the bread of sandwiches with hot entrees like the new Smokehouse BBQ chicken. She told me that the meat is cooked better if you toast your sandwich. The person I was ordering for preferred a sandwich not toasted. Isn’t that the whole point?! At Subway, you’re able to select what you want in your sandwich & how it is prepared. Because she was lecturing me about toasting the sandwich she continued to fill my order wrong. When I ordered other sandwiches, I told her what kind of bread I wanted. She pulled the wrong one twice. Then I told her I didn’t want oil or vinegar to which she asked me several times if I wanted oil & vinegar. It was a little frustrating.

Regular Subway fare here, but the atmosphere is what killed the rating. I walked in to an empty place. It took 5 minutes just for the only worker to pop out of the back and ask if I was ready. Not a very good impression.
Closes at 4pm on Saturday, but she was trying to run me out and close up shop at 3:15.
Not a very good Subway experience at this location. Absolutely no customer service.

Front staff was very short with me, as if they couldn’t wait for me to leave. Breakfast sandwhich was cold. Manager should really start checking employees. One of the worst Subways i have been to

Went in to grab lunch for the bf and I. There was only one worker. The woman in front of me was white. The worker was Filipino. I noticed that the worker had a grouchy look on her face while helping the woman. She gave attitude to the woman as she assembled her sandwich and in my head I was thinking «she better not give me that same attitude!» (you just had to hear it)
When it was my turn her attitude completely flipped. I was surprised. She spoke very nicely with no attitude or grouchy look at all. It made me feel as if she was racist. Not cool at all.
My sandwich was good. Same as any other Subways I go to. She was very generous with the vegetable portions. The store was clean. At the time I went parking was easy to find. The only thing that really bothered me was the way the acted towards the woman in front of me.

Although I should give them two stars because at least the place was clean, and the door is pretty cute…
HOWEVER… that extra star is taken away by every minute I had to wait, while waiting for someone in the back to come out and service me. I came in with no one there and then waited. I opened the door so the bell goes off… and then finally someone comes out TWO minutes later.
Uhhhh okay???
Yes so the wait was ridiculously long given there was NO ONE IN FRONT OF ME.
There are no $ 5 subs to compensate for my lost time either.
There are daily specials however. I came on a Tuesday and got a six inch ham sandwich with a meal…. Came out to a little short of $ 6.
They were out of chocolate chip cookies… (It was 5pm) Typical of subway shops these days –_​–
But the dude was unfriendly so I didn’t even bother asking if he can make some…
Not coming here again unless i’m starving and it’s the only place close by

Damn I guess I gotta give them one star. =(.Wanted to give zero. Had to put one star just to post review. Oh well I guess it will be worth it just to not have others become victims of the worst, tightest, rudest subway restaurant in the island. The manager has that expression like he’s always taking a dump. The employees look and act like they really hate their job and they probably do. Service hhmmm I can’t really even use that word here it’s more like they are forced to help they really don’t want to.
I have been to many subways on the island and even the food here sucks. You think that if you ate at one they would all be the same but not in this case. Maybe that negative stale demeanor soaks into their food too. If you have no other option and are starving it would be better for you to starve than to step foot into this sorry excuse for a subway.

they need an attitude check and better customer service!!! i work down the hall and go there often, trying to eat healthy, lolz very chinky on the veggies!

If there was a «no star» rating which was equivalent to «Won’t go there again». I would have given them that.*
Back in the day there was this awesome — super awesome local guy with tattoo sleeves who use to work there. LOVE HIM! Then he moved to airport location (so rumor has it), that was that.
Now there is: Korean lady, Filipino lady, and a boy with hicky. I swear it is! I mean, I see him one day and it’s there, the next; it’s not. Maybe it’s a birthmark he chooses to cover up with make-​up on certain days and not others. I don’t know for
could be like Robin Hood Men in Tights, that scene with the moving mole… The last 2 choices would be better then just knowing it was a hicky. Anyway. I have gone here more times that I should have.
— They have manage to close earlier then they stated on the door hours. They use to do this a lot. Now days, I wouldn’t really know cause I have trained myself not to go anywhere close to their closing time. In fear they would already be closed.
— The Boy & Filipino lady never smile. They just don’t. They give thee worst customer service.
— *Korean lady you are AWESOME and it’s not cause the others are so bad. You are nice. I sometime pass by the window in hopes you’re working. So I can get my sandwich from you. I ONLY go when you are working, and I pretend that my money is going just to you… and not them. Cause you totally deserve it!
–They apparently don’t accept coupons from our newspaper. It would be nice if they could put up a sign saying they don’t accept coupons. Just give me a little FYI before I ask, that way it’s my mistake for not reading the sign.
In the end, if you just want a sandwich — just a quick run in & out, and are not bothered by service without a smile, or even an emotion at that. It should be fine.
Oh, and if you’re there, could find out if it’s a birthmark or a hicky.

Like Mom’s says, if you don’t have nothing nice to say don’t say it at all, but I can’t help my self. If I could I would give 0.1 stars I would but it won’t let me. Funny I was reading the other review on this place and if that guy Ken is the owner or manager, He sucks ass! BIG TIME. He must be the man ther because I saw him interviewing someone one time. Been there a couple time, and that’s to meny, the wife loves Subway so we went and his just rude, if you own or managed a food jount, you would think customer sevice would be # one but not so hear. I can understand if it was busy but That was not the case in the time I’ve been hear. It was slow and steal bad sevice from him, not cool!!! Won’t be back to this Subway, the one down the street better. That’s what Unilocal is for the Good, Bad, and Ugly.

Visit: 2÷1÷10 — Lunch. Had the cold cut combo.
The cold cut combo was okay. Don’t toast the bread and take it to go. The bread came out soggy and tasted bad.
Price is okay.
I will come back.
