Their showroom is on the 3rd floor. I am looking for bathroom tiles, and visited the showroom to browse. They had floor /​wall tiles as well as design tiles (mosaic). The space was not huge, but who knows, you may find your favorite thing in a tiniest store, right? It was nice that each item showed a price, so I would know if they fit in my budget or not, without asking the staff every time. I appreciate it that she let me browse on my own, while she was there in case I needed any question.

We are remodeling our kitchen, floors in kitchen, living room, dining room and stairs. We bought great tile from Sunset Tile a few years ago for our bathroom. We are wanting a great tile square for the risers of our stairs. Got to their new location and all stairs. I am handicap big disappointment.

I went into Sunset Tile and Stone a while ago… They let me bring home samples of tile that we are considering for out renovation.
Linda is one of the owners and she has been really helpful and patient. I wanted to get tile that can be laid really close together so the grout lines are really thin… don’t want to do a lot of cleaning of grout lines.
We chose a tile that is 12″ x 24″ and Linda explained that they should lay it with a 1⁄3 stagger and suggested we use a urethane grout. She also provided me 3 names of tile installers so I can get competitive quotes.
I will update my review one I receive my time and let you know how it all goes

I like doing business with them. Helpful. Extremely helpful. I know they care to give their insight and their time to their customers and help them find exactly what they need. Especially for the first time renovators. They were recommended by international tile who I liked working with as well. Next time I do any building or renovations, I will definitely use them again!

excellent customer service from David H. I called to see if they had a particular item in stock and he was more than willing to help me over the phone. He called me back with the info. promptly and went as far as emailing me samples of what they did have in stock that was close to what i was looking for. If the rest of the company/​store is as good as David H. I would definately recommend them to everyone!(I havent actually gone to their business, just called)
