The receptionist needs to be retrained!
I called around 6pm Saturday evening to check if they had any vacancies left for two haircuts only. The reply was that they closed at 7pm.
So, I repeated my question because that wasn’t what I had asked. Then, the reply was «we stop taking people at 6:45pm, but there’s four people waiting and only two stylists.»
Okay, now I’m starting to get a bit annoyed at this point and rephrased my question with a bit of sass: «so, yes, you’ll take the two haircuts tonight?» Then, the reply was «what time were you planning on coming in?»
OMG! I told that receptionist that my son and husband would be coming in by 6:30pm and said sternly, «are you taking them or not, it’s a simple yes or no?» The receptionist finally committed to a straight answer after 20 minutes on the line going back and forth, seriously?!
In the end, their haircuts were descent enough for the prices they charge, but, man, that receptionist, though!

I waited an hour thirty minutes for a haircut that was more of just a trim to what I already have now. The staff was friendly but some a little bit too friendly.

Been going here for a few years now. Over it. More than half the time, I have to wait more than half an hour from my «scheduled» appointment time. Been late to work and other engagements several times because of it. But apparent friends of the stylists walk in after me and go straight to the chairs. Their cuts are average at best and the only reason I’ve been coming so long is because I live right next door. My mistake, I’ll be driving myself anywhere else from now on

The «stylists» are very slow and from what I see they are only doing buzz cuts. We’ve been waiting for 20 minutes and they’ve done maybe 4 people. Came here thinking it would be faster but nope

All I got to say about this place is: Don’t bother. A complete waste of time. My friend and I walked in when there were two people in the salon with us. Just looking to get a simple haircut for him, we put his name down and expected the Wait to be about 30minutes. There were 3 people working.
… 30minutes passed and now there are 3 people in here we didn’t see earlier.
…30more minutes passed, with everyone gone from the waiting area except for one more person.
Waited ANOTHER 30MINUTES. And now we’re the only ones waiting.
If the wait was going to be over an hour and a half, the least they could’ve done was give us the heads up so we didn’t waste our time waiting for a haircut that would’ve taken less than 20minutes. We got so annoyed and irritated, we got up and left. What a waste of our time!!!
Don’t bother coming here with their mediocore haircuts and horrible customer service. There are a lot of better places to go for a better haircut experience (which we didn’t even get a chance to experience here besides all the waiting!!)

One of the worst haircut experiences I’ve ever had. I have long, thick hair. I asked the gentleman to part my hair to down the middle and cut it straight across and I don’t think he quite understood although the request could not have been more simple. It’s not straight and I’m going to have to find a better salon to fix it. I could not get out of this dump fast enough. I paid 24.00 and he might’ve spent less than 10 minutes on my hair. He could’ve cared less. What a waste of time and money. Avoid at all costs.

These guys don’t know how to keep to schedule. Everytime I get here 5 mins early for an appointment, I always wait for 20 mins because she just takes in another customer who was 5 mins earlier b4 me… Wth is getting an appointment for?

Great place for a haircut. Been coming to this salon for over 9 years! So far all the hair stylist who cut my hair did good. However, I always ask for hair stylist Cristina, she is great with men fades and haircut. Check them out!

I go to this location every 2 – 4 weeks. I have my favorites as any haircut place. No bad experience over the last 2 years.

When you fist walk in there were older people cutting hair. I was kind of scared getting it cut, but I needed to trim my hair bacuse it was getting to long. So I thought why not give this place a try.
The wait time was not to long. When I got called up it was a man who was going to do my hair. And again I was nervouse. But he made sure everything was going to be OK. He asked my what can I do for you. I showed him a pic of how I wanted my hair. He said OK. It turned out he did an amazing job. He made sure I was OK cutting the length and stuff.
Overall supercut is a good cheap place to get your hair cut.

I’ve been going to the same private stylist for years and spending $ 100– $ 150 per visit. I’d been putting off getting a trim for months, but finances kept pushing that back-​I finally broke down and went to a Supercuts– and I loved it! Who would have thought a $ 19 haircut could look just as good?
I didn’t have an appointment, and they were busy, but I was told it would be a 30 minute wait. They took my phone number ad I went to have a bite to eat. They called in about 25 minutes and ushered me in immediately.
I have short, thick hair. Let’s face it– not everyone can do a black girl’s hair, and I was a little worried. But Alicia/​Alyssa was fantastic! She went short and then asked permission before going even shorter. She spent at least about an hour cutting and styling my hair and I never felt like she was rushing to help the next client.
Needless to say, I received lots of compliments– and most women were surprised it was a $ 19 Supercut.

Honestly, I frequent Supercuts been to a number of their locations. This is the worst. Waiting 45 minutes for a hair cut when there is 2 other people in here is crazy! The staff is very inattentive, they do not show any care to the people who have been waiting here. Never returning again. Stay away from Salt Lake super cuts !

Hit or miss depending on who you get. Once you find a good one, take the name down and request them next time.

Everyonr here is nice and friendly. I think Alyssa so far cuts my hair the best!

This Supercuts is hit or miss. My husband comes here to get his haircut every so often. His semi-​military cut sometimes comes out looking like a mushroom head (short on the bottom with no transition into longer hair on top). I have cut his hair once and even though it came out shorter than his usual cut, I was still able to transition between the 1 on bottom and the longer hair on top and it was my first time!
Don’t come here wanting the hairdresser to be «creative», if you want something for your face shape or whatever go to a professional salon. They do an OK job for their $ 18 price.

Freakin Supercuts @&*#!!!
I asked her to be creative and she tells me that she’ll just cut my hair straight!
Come on lady, if I wanted it cut straight, I could have had anyone do it. I don’t need to pay ~20 bucks to do it.
