Supercuts

I usually get my haircut at Supercuts (at whatever location is nearest to me when I decide I need one). At this particular location, I have gotten two haircuts. Those 2 were both on the Top 3 worst haircuts of my life. Just very disappointed. (However, I do understand that haircuts are purely dependent on the person cutting your hair, and it may be unfair to rate the entire location and all its stylists based off of isolated incidents).

I wish I could do no stars for this place after what happened this morning.
I asked for a military taper fade and the lady who works in the morning and opens the shop ruined my haircut.
I’m not the type of person to write reviews on anything but after my experience I wouldn’t suggest this place to anyone.
When you are supposed to to taper your supposed to blend like a fade! I wish I can upload a picture of how horrific my hair looks now. All I want to do right now is wear a hat.
Extremely disappointed in what happened this morning and I wish I could get a refund.

Great first time experience. Very convenient location and they where able to see me right away. My hair stylist did a great job and the staff was friendly. I’m happy I spotted by here :)

I went for a haircut and I got an awkward massage…
By far the most awkward haircut experience of my life. I no longer cared that my haircut was bad, I just wanted to go home. It started off strange when I sat in a chair that hadn’t been cleaned. I showed the woman a photo of how I want my hair, then she began cutting no questions. The clippers were dug into my head and pulled my hair. When there were too many trimmings all over the place she turned on a hairdryer to blow the hair away. Instead of blowing it away from me, she had he hairdryer pointed toward me, hair flew right in my face. She then begin with the scissors, pulling and yanking my hair, actually hurting me. When it was all done, she constantly asked if I wanted gel, since she said it’ll look better with gel. She never offered a mirror or asked if it was ok.
It got REALLY weird when she pulled the collar of my shirt, (stretching it to the point I can’t use it as an outside shirt.) She placed a towel under my shirt collar then got two steaming hot towels and pressed them into my head and neck. They were super hot and burned. Then she started massaging my neck and stuck her hands down the back of my shirt to massage my back. I had no clue what was going on, and felt EXTREMELY UNCOMFORTABLE!
She started to massage my shoulders, I told her I don’t need a massage. I felt so uncomfortable I hurried up to pay and left immediately. Got home and realized home bad the back of my head was looking and how badly my shirt was stretched. Also my haircut looked nothing like what I asked for.
I’m never going here again. It was so awkward and uncomfortable. Who sticks their hands down the back of your shirt at a Supercuts.
Really liked that shirt too. Goodbye shirt :(

Horrible horrible horrible experience! Had a haircut with the stylist named ‘Sylvia’-Chinese, Vietnamese or Thai descent, didn’t even know how to cut proper bangs, and the basic skill of blow drying! I mean, I wasn’t asking for a complicated haircut, but man, basic hair trim and bangs, she can’t even do properly! She should change careers (if she even consider cutting hair a career!) If I could give a zero review for this salon, I would! The guy manager even scolded her for doing such a bad haircut, felt really guilty, that he even gave me a refund! I’m never ever ever going back to this salon! EVER!!!

Pretty bad with names. Yung (?) tall lady have always given me a perfect cut. Also, the manager dude cut my hair last. He did great. I don t mind waiting for either one of them when their busy. Usually, I can get in with little wait time. Alot of parking is a plus in my book.

I went here for the first time because it was in a convenient location.
I can’t say that I would go here again.
Frankly, it felt like a gorilla was handling my hair.
The method the lady used to detangle my hair, was to forcefully tear a comb through it.
Not to mention that it felt like my face was constantly being scratched by her scissors.
I left with a stinging sensation around my head.
As for the cut itself, it wasn’t TERRIBLE, but not in anyway what I requested.
It also took an incredibly long time.
My guess as to what happened is, that the lady kept messing up my hair so she kept cutting it shorter in order to try and fix her mistakes…
She wasn’t a bad person or anything, but seemed like she didn’t have sufficient training to be cutting hair.
Definitely not worth the $ 19+ tip to go here.

I went in with a photo of how I wanted my hair to look and the stylist cut it just the way I wanted.
I didn’t have to wait at all. Straight in, straight out!
I’ve had some bad haircuts in my time (Fantastic Sams st Kahala) but this want one of them.

Not very good. They aren’t very experienced with military cuts. I asked for skin tight and it took 3 attempts for her to get it short enough and the blending was just ok. Not worth the price either, $ 19 really?, not like these employees are outstanding! My haircut was worth about $ 8… Will not return.
Ohh ya, please clean off the clippers before use! Seeing your pervious victims hair all over your station and clippers is gross.

My experience was very different than other reviewers. Service was outstanding and very personalized. Excellent result. Prices were a bit high, just like everywhere else in this part of town. I would go back.

Most uneven and inept haircut ever. Save yourself the heartache and go to a real barber. Absolutely awful, there are no words.

$ 60 for a wash & flat Iron??? You must be kidding!!! The girl said because i had color in my hair!!! Serious??? I’ve been to more high end Salons than Super Cuts!!! Never paid that much!!! Common Super Cuts!!! Your suppose to be an affordable place!!! Not any more I guess!!! Wouldn’t send anyone there!!!
