It’s that time of year again!!! Mid October… and next weekend will be the 24th Annual TALKSTORYFESTIVAL! I attended last fall, and it was the beginning of a BEAUTIFUL relationship. Even spent a luxurious weekend communing with nature and stories this summer… YES! There is even a TALKSTORYCAMP!!! I have to tell you that this is a wonderful family event to attend. Gathering round the brightest storytellers who weave the most intricate and tantalizing tales of intrigue and design… they can completely enrapture even the children with the shortest of attention spans… believe me, it is an amazing thing to watch… and the stories are great too!!! :) Be aware that Friday night features Spooky stories, although in my experience they are not as bone-chilling as I’d imagined they’d be. But if your wee ones are highly imaginative and prone to nightmares, then you may want to wait and bring them out on Saturday night instead! Please come on out! I’ll be there with bells on… but keeping them quiet, out of respect for the tellers… lol Details!!! Friday October 19(SPOOKIES, 6 – 9:30 P.M.) Sat. October 20(FAMILYTIMES, 6 – 9 P.M.)
