Love Volcom and particularly, this store/​location. The people here are the friendliest — utmost professionalism and aloha! Kristal (manager?) is extremely helpful and considerate — it’s no wonder everyone works like a team there and is so pleasant to deal with! Mahalo guys!

The Volcom on kalakaua ave really shows that good customer service is alive and well, They helped me in a friendly and inviting manner and solved a major issue with a 3^rd party item they sell. Thanks again for everything guys and gals!

Leisha, savannah, and Ashley were incredibly nice. Sadly left my haul in the rental car but nonetheless, loved everything they picked out for me for the 30 minutes I had them. Great place to grab some board shorts, walking shorts, surf tees, and hoodies.

I had a great experience. I went on 12-​26-​2014 and the female manager/​employee told me it was buy 1 get 1 50% off! After the sale she let me have as many stickers as I wanted! True Aloha. Mahalo!

Stopped here on my vacation because I wanted a new pair of shades. I think it was the manager (cool ass lady) was super nice and very helpful. And the staff was great. Ended up picking some dope Electric sunglasses that the manager and employee helped me choose. The shades were a life saver and helped me on my moped trip around the island the next day. I’ll definitely stop by when I go back.

Love Volcom… but when you’re local and shopping around Waikiki, a great perk is flashing your local ID for a discount — makes you love Volcom even more… yayayayay! (Sidenote: Billabong/​RVCA also have kama’aina discount, too.) This store is a tad smaller than their location on the other side of Lewers, selection is decent, and customer service is sub par in comparison to what we normally get from their other Waiks location. But overall, it’s Volcom and you can’t go wrong — great selection and sassy fashion.
**On another note, since I spent a staycation weekend shopping around Waikiki, I was disappointed that Macys across from the Royal Hawaiian Shopping Center now has a little surf-​ish boutique (for men and women) with Volcom and other surf apparel for cheaper (even with the kama’aina discount). (So maybe check Macys first before you spend $$ at the other stores.)

Happy people working here, great service, clean etc. Being from California, it is definitely a treat to see the same surf shops with hawaii gear, my boyfriend bought us both shirts from here and was happy to see that $ was donated to the boys and girls club with his purchase!

At first when I walked in I didn’t get the greeting, in fact I don’t think they even noticed I walked in.
When I made my way to the back of the store and picked up a couple of dresses to try on I had to walk my way to the register and find someone if I could get a fitting room…
I got a room, tried them on and went on to pick up some swimsuits.
As I made my way to the register is where I found the two associates. They were friendly and helpful then. The cashier also asked if I was from Hawaii, I replied that I am and she offered me a Kamaaiana discount =) Yaay! Also, the suits I picked up were an additional 40% off — WHAAAAT!?! I seriously paid just under $ 12 for a bikini top and the same for the bottom! Unbelievable!
The store is packed with tons of clothing and accessories, making the store feel smaller. But, it’s a good selection and if you like Volcom, you can def find something you will like.

Very friendly staff, good music and a great selection of clothes and accessories.
