Women’s Assault Prevention Course – HZBK

Women, do yourself a favor and take this class! Highly recommended for young ladies from 10 years old and up… and especially those of you heading off to college! I consider it part of your college-​prep!

) makes learning assault prevention fun and informative! He shows you ways to prevent yourself from being overwhelmed by an attacker…30% lecture and 70% practice… it’s a single 4 hour session with breaks. It is the best 4 hours you will spend! Lots of good information and tips on things to be aware of.
Moms, this is a great class to get across the message you keep telling your daughters! They hear it from a man who knows.
The class is $ 50 for one person and $ 75 for combination adult/​child or siblings.
