This Kmart is one of the best out there when it comes to customer service. The cashiers always greet with a smile and the sales floor employees often ask if I need any help. The service desk associate during my visits treats me and all the other customers with a genuine smile, no matter how busy it is. The sales floor is also generally clean though organization of the isles could be a bit better. I really wish that this Kmart stays open because the service is always top notch. My only suggestion if anybody in the store reads these reviews is for the managers to reward some of their employees for their really outstanding service.

I spent almost $ 50 on a baby monitor there about two months ago. It stop working after a few weeks. They said they have a strict 30 day policy and that they would not exchange or refund my money. So, I spent $ 50 for the use of the baby monitor for less than a month. They sell junk and they won’t stand behind it. The stink.

This store is kind of a sleeper. It’s not big and flashy — it’s been here forever. I go there for sale items and their awesome layaway and leasing programs. The staff is terrific — always friendly and helpful. A couple of years ago, I bought an apt. size refrigerator that was normally $ 450 for only $ 225! With the layaway program, I made a small down payment and made small payments every 2 weeks until paid off. About the same time, I found an excellent 60″ LEDTV for $ 575(a Black Friday doorbuster) — which then was the cheapest ANYWHERE. Again, I put it on layaway so I didn’t have to pay for it all then and still had plenty of money for Xmas shopping. The leasing plan is terrific too — low payments and you own it before long with small charges for the service. As they are part of the Sears empire, you get access to their tools etc. They also have a great rewards program. The small mall they are in, also houses several of my other favorite Hooksett business’s — Dollar Tree, Jade Garden Chines Food Restaurant, and of course — the State Liquor store. In conclusion — a terrific asset for Hooksett with great deals, great staff, and awesome, low cost, financing deals.

One of the last, but hasn’t changed. Surprisingly well stocked and good variety, it is what you always remembered a Kmart to be. Its a bargain and has everything a dept store should. Since its merged with Sears, you can use all your points and benefits here from there. Maybe they should have changed their name to S-mart, hmmmm. Oldie and still goodie with the extra Sears perks.

This is one of the few original Kmarts left in NH, which is very old and classic and never mobbed when I’m here. I occasionally shop here when I see a Kmart flyer with good sales and pick up items such as household products, food, soda, music, movies, games, toys, and other accessories for work and home. I’ve seen them do the Blue Light specials(I don’t mean the police, hehe) for special purchase items. When a sale item is sold out, I can get rain checks printed out electronically and can be redeemed at any Kmart. A few months ago, I got a rain check for laundry detergent(128 oz bottle) for $ 2 each, and used the rain check a couple weeks later, an awesome deal!
