Great little road trip stop! It’s not much to look at, but we got personal, friendly service from the owner Mike. He seems knowledgeable and clearly has a passion for his product. Service was quick and with a smile. I had an iced latte, which was very smooth and didn’t need sweetener. The espresso isn’t the most flavorful I’ve ever had, but for a little mom and pop ship on the side of the road in the middle of nowhere, you can’t beat it. My wife has a honey latte(which if you’ve never had one is absolutely fantastic) and was equally impressed. Prices were reasonable, about what you’d expect for an independent coffee shop. If you’re driving by with a hankering for some caffeine, you’ll do no better than here.

As a bona fide coffee snob, very few places can live up to my expectations. This place however is a real gem. It is a regular stop on our way from Pennsylvania to Vermont. A very unassuming location, you’ll probably pass it before you even realize it. As a Barista, my wife also gives it five stars. You can even drop off your vintage skis for display in his parking lot.

Friendly service and an easy stop with drive thru service. Surprisingly vast menu with hot and cold drinks and food. We settled for one of the most delicious hot chocolates ever(made with steamed milk) and a Tazo tea. Super fast and easy!

My husband and I visited Coffee Connection for the first time today as we passed through town. The coffee was fantastic and the service even better. We will definitely be going back!

My wife and I have been here at least a dozen times. She LOVES the hot chocolate and I love the cappuccino. Been waited on by the dad and his daughter. If we drive near there we stop. No question. When we lived in Schenectady, NY we used to make special trips there on Sundays sometimes. I would pay double and give them the business over a Starbucks any day and I’ve proven it. Great place. Wish I had occasion to drive to Bennington like I used to. We now live in the adirondacks but we still talk about the place.

ehhh. after driving by this place every weekend I figured I should finally stop in. I got a pumpkin spice latte and it was pretty gross and cost me just under $ 5 for a medium. I have never had someone screw up a pumpkin spice but it was pretty bland and more expensive than even Starbucks is. oh well, maybe I’ll give it another go some day. oh and it cash only!

This was stop number two on my night of trying places I constantly drive by. I’d always wanted to try Coffee Connection. I like the way it sits there on it’s own and just sort of comes out of nowhere. It’s a neat looking place and I find it delightfully peculiar. I put off trying it, because well, I’m not the best at maneuvering my car around or pulling up to things. Silly, but it’s a bit intimidating. I had a little cheering section, telling me I could do it though so I went for it. So easy! There’s definitely enough space/wiggle room for even me to drive in and properly pull up to the order window. I got an iced coffee with almond rocca syrup. mmm :) My daughter got a bag of popcorn, the description said it was popped in grape seed oil. I’m not a popcorn connoisseur, but D. most definitely is and she said it was. well, she didn’t really say much. She was too busy«mmm’ing» and eating. I’m going to assume, it gets her thumbs up. I’d tell you how it was, but getting popcorn from D, is next to impossible! Now that I’ve overcome my fear of getting into the lot and up to the window, I’ll be coming back to Coffee Connection.

oops. i drove by this place today and realized that i had been searching for the wrong name. so here it is again with the actual Real information. this is a tiny kiosk-esque building on the left side of rte 7 just after Hoosick and before the 279 turn off(heading towards bennington). it’s sole purpose is to drive up and get coffee and such. david stops here on a regular basis and i thought that it would be grand to just zip up and grab a cuppa on my way to arlington today. and, while the service is Very friendly, i was charged $ 1.94 for a refill. that was only 2⁄3 full. and it is one of those small brueggers’ mugs. but i guess we pay more for the convenience of not getting out of our car. i guess i will still go here as it really is much faster than parking at, say stewarts or D&D for a quick one. and perhaps something else will wow me and generate an extra star.
