Eyemart Express

I brought my daughter in on a Saturday and even though I didn’t have an appointment, they went out of their way to get us in quickly. Nicole was very sweet and we fell in love with Dr. Moses. He was thorough and answered all of my questions. It’s so nice to know we can get great service like this in a larger city. Price of glasses was so much better than any other place we have been. Highly recommend Eyemart Express and Dr. Moses.

Awful service and they do NOT stand by their warrenty. They had to remake my glasses twice and still they weren’t great. Will NEVER go back

Terrible service. My husband saw the ads on tv and wanted to give them a try for his new glasses. He called the Trussville store and talked to them about no line bifocals and ordering glasses. We drove around 90 miles (one way) to get to the store arriving around 2:45 pm. When we walked in there was no greeting, no sign in sheet, nothing telling what to do. We waited at the counter until we could get someone’s attention and asked for a sign in sheet. The woman said we didn’t need one just go look at frames. She then asked if anyone was there to pick up frames and she waited on them. As others came in she would ask if they were there for pick up or repair only and would wait on them. We assumed she wasn’t able to take orders as she basically ignored those of us wanting to buy glasses. We were then very surprised when after she had taken care of those she walked over to an ordering table and sat down and started waiting on the woman sitting there. This woman had come in after we did and after at least one other customer. While we understand waiting our turn or that you had an employee that couldn’t take orders we didn’t understand being ignored and having her wait on someone who came in quite awhile after we did. I wouldn’t be surprised if the other woman who was waiting also walked out. We have no intentions of ever using the company and while their prices seem very low they were not that much less than Costco, Sams or Walmart.
