Hobby Lobby

Horrible, horrible, horrible customer service. Every single time I go, I wait in line at least 15 minutes, when there are plenty of associates roaming the floor. It’s not just this store, it’s all of them!
Ridiculous!

Hobby Lobby is a piece of heaven for any one who crafts. I can go in and spend hours meandering. Yesterday was a sadder time to go with my mom. My dad died a little over a month ago and we dont have a headstone yet. We went and picked out the most beautiful white roses ($ 6 a piece), greenery and a vase you place in the ground. It looked perfect. Thank you Hobby Lobby for having everything we needed and making a difficult time a little less difficult.

One detailed 5 star review, one seemingly unreal, nondescript, one star review… I’m gonna have to side with the 5 star. How can you not enjoy Hobby Lobby?
This is a great Hobby Lobby location, for all the reasons that Hobby Lobby is a great store. When you come here seeking decorations or crafts etc, it always feels like home. From the staff greeting you and being pleasant, to the smells of some good potpourri somewhere :) Anyway, I love how EVERYTHING in the store is either on sale this week, or next week. The sales literally alternate every other week for everything in the store! ALSO, you’re able to simply Google a coupon each and every week and there’s another 40% right there! How’s this company still in business? Because everything about it is great! Even like that it’s a Faith organization and similar to Chick Fil A, isn’t open on sundays. The notices on the door even says «Closed Sundays to Allow Employees Time for Family and Worship» Awesome!
My last visit, I was having a massive photo framed. The person helping me appeared to be quite young (imo) but definitely very professional and amazing at what she does. Not only was I able to use my discounting I’ve already mentioned, she didn’t even charge me for a portion of the services and said not to worry about it. Customer service is so underrated!

My son had an odd size painting he wanted framed. We went to a competitor and using the 50% off coupon, the painting was around $ 300 to mat and frame. We went to Hobby Lobby to get a precut frame and the stockman, Bob, found us a great frame. We went to get it matted, glass installed and backing. It came to just under $ 50. Price aside, the painting looks amazing and my son could not be happier.
