Infinity Med-I-Spa

I am giving this place 2 stars because everyone here isn’t horrible, but one horrible experience has been enough to potentially put me off returning. I have been here for weight loss, facials, and laser services, and have also bought beauty products like Latisse.
I have been going here for weight loss for a year and had a lot of success, but recently had a setback due to a divorce. Dr. Posey and Dr. MacDonald have both been very supporting and encouraging. Dr. Posey patted me on the hand and asked how I was holding up… he is a sweetheart!
I saw Dr. Brunson most recently, and it was terrible. When he came in, he immediately started to berate me for putting on weight, and said if I hadn’t lost 3 – 5 pounds by next month, he would not continue to treat me! Yikes! He didn’t even give me a chance to explain, and when I did, he was dismissive. He said that he had regulatory requirements to meet and that he couldn’t prescribe medication if I was not making progress. I told him I understood that, and would have probably put on much more weight if I hadn’t been taking appetite suppressants during the day. I asked about adding the low-​calorie, over-​priced shakes that they sell to my regimen to see if that might help with my night-​time cravings. He was dismissive about that too! He said I needed to do more to help myself and reiterated that if I hadn’t lost 3 – 5 pounds by next month, he would not continue to treat me. I was trying not to cry by the time I left. I will say that the office staff was very apologetic and kind, as I was visibly shaken when I left the room. I told them I never wanted to see Dr. Brunson again.
Until now, I have found this place adequate. I saw Dr. MacDonald for the first time to have a little burst capillary on my face broken up with a laser, and it’s still gone 4 years later! He didn’t even charge me very much and I was very happy. I would definitely see him again.
