Very poor service from Day 1, including false report that our unit had been breached. Upon visiting the property to terminate the contract, I discovered that the main gate to the premises was broken, as well as the security doors to the elevator lobby, leaving the entire facility unprotected ²⁴⁄₇. There are also no security cameras on any of the units, preventing me from renting there. The broken access continues after 2 weeks until now, 10/08/2015. Property remains open as of 10/10/2015. Property remains open as of 10/12/2015. Property employee confirmed both access devices remain broken as of 10/14/2015. Property remains totally unsecured as of today, 10/15/2015, despite reports by management that repairs are underway. Property remains unsecured as of today, 10/19/2015. Property remains unsecured as of 10/23/2015. Unbelievable that property remains vulnerable to date, 10/25/2015! The property has been secured as of 10/29/2015, but anyone with property stored should probably check on contents.
