I had to go back to this place THREE times, that’s how awful of a job they did. The first time I came in was on 05/22/2016, I had fake nails put in with gel because I bite my real ones. Anyway, I don’t know if their policy changed or something, but I had a younger girl doing my nails. And she took her sweet, sweet time. This may seem like a «good thing», but to me it was just annoying. Why? Well, she painstakingly put that pink gel separately on each nail, and then told me to put it on the UV Ray box. So as an example: she put the pink gel on my pinky, told me to put in the box to let it dry; then I had to give her my had back so she can do my ring finger, and put that in the box; then my middle finger, etc. and I swear the whole process took an hour to do. And I couldn’t help but wonder why she couldn’t do my whole hand. I’ve had gel nails put in at other places and they usually do your whole hand in one go. Anyway fast forward to, I think it was 05/24/2016. I was fixing my hair for work, accidentally knocked something over and managed to grab it as it fell. However, my nail on my thumb came off.(See pictures) I couldn’t help but be mad. It was 2 – 3 days later since I had them done, the girl took decades to finish, and to top it off I payed $ 80 for these. So, I went back on Thursday 05/26/2016, by then I had another nail fall off. So I had them fixed. The owner asked me if I wanted my nail color changed because I wasn’t sure which color I used(I actually picked one of the«normal colors» rather than the colors that you pick on the sample color thing.) So I picked another«regular color» and they charged me $ 10 for it. And I was like whatever, and payed. The owner ended up «re-doing my nails», she filed them down and put the pink nail gel on all of them. And like the younger girl, she also took forever doing the nails separately. However, I came in there around closing time(like 6-ish) so by the time the owner FINALLY finished with me it was 7 something. So I kinda sat there awkwardly drying my hands as everyone cleaned up. The owner came by and poured this«fast drying liquid» on my hands, waited like a minute and said I was good to go. I just awkwardly said thank you and walked out. Nails were NOT dry though. As I reached in my purse for my keys and got in my car, I looked at my nails and some of them had dents or ruffles in them from reaching into my purse. I was super annoyed. So I, went there again around 5 yesterday 05/27/2016 and showed her my nails, and asked to have them fixed. She made me wait for maybe 2 minutes because other people were being taken care of. After a bit I picked out what I thought was the original color. And she let me sit down at the manicure table, however no one else joined me to start doing my nails I waited for what felt like a couple minutes. I was in a bit of a hurry be use I had plans that day, so I actually stood up a bit to open the drawer on the other side, and grabbed a few of those square paper things. And I started putting the acetone on my bad nails my self. The owner came over a few seconds later and gasped at the fact that I was doing that, and I stopped. She looked at my nails and started doing them with the color I initially picked out and it wasn’t the same shade. So, because I didn’t want to spend another $ 10, I went back there to try and find the right one. I went back to the table with a second color, the older lady come over and said that wasn’t the right color either. So I sighed and looked again, she even came over and helped me look that time, but it was awful. I began opening different shades and testing them on the nails that were clean to find the right one. And I swear the older lady swore under her breath in Chinese or whatever. I didn’t really care. After a few minutes of testing, I finally found the right shade. And had my nails fixed, again. Then I sat down to dry my nails, the older lady didn’t even bother to bring my purse over to the drying section, she just left it at the Manicure table. I would have left it to the fact that she was technically working on two people(me and an older woman) and maybe forgot. So, I got up, and kicked my purse to the drying station(I was trying not to use my hands). And I sat in the same spot I did the day before when they chased me out because they were closing. And I felt the stickiness that I felt when the owner put the drying liquid on my nails.(See picture of table) I could only assume they haven’t cleaned it because it was still there. I left after my nails dried, and I don’t plan on going back there. Also, she brought over the older lady’s stuff when she was gone. So I can only assume she didn’t bring my purse over out of spite or something. Very unprofessional.

Great place for eyebrow waxing. The staff always spends enough time making sure you look great. I’ve also had mani/pedis here many times and have always been happy with the results. Prices are very reasonable as well.

Brazilian waxing is great. but pedicure is horrible. First & last time getting pedi here. Noticed equipment not sanitized properly. They should open a new sanitized bag with each Clientele as the original place I go to. Only decided for pedi because I was already there for waxing. Pedi was NOTGREAT, my original shop uses Honey, lemon,. scrub & shea butter. Try LENAIL’S in Wharton next to Shoprite. And $ 30. was not acceptable for a BADPEDI.

HORRIBLE. after three try’s at Lucky Nail’s II I’m officically«done». Yesterday I had an appt to get a mani-pedi and it was again a bad experience. The pedi had to be done over at home as my cuticles were not done cleanly and the polish was not uniform. The mani was done in a bizzare way: the girl«Kim» started it while my pedi was in progress and I had to swing my arm across my body for her to soak my nails and do the trimming. Highly uncomfortable. Clearly ‘speed’ was the goal. I felt like I was having my nails done on a construction site. Then when the pedi was done I was asked to come to the drying station — arms in the air — where the remander of the mani was done as I sat with my toes drying. Try sitting in a chair and having a mani like that. Here’s the best part– I asked«Kim» politely no less than three times if I could sit more comfortably to finish the process. She said«no problem, no problem» and contnued to finish my mani with my hands held in the air. At one point the woman sitting next to me drying her nails even intervened«Kim…I think the lady would like to sit at the manicure booth for her manicure». The girl ignored her too. Unbelievable. Upon leaving I approached the manager and asked if there was a reason why my manicure was done with my arms/hands held in the air by «Kim». I couldn’t undersand her reply, frankly. Listen gals, you can go almost anywhere to get an inexpensive mani/pedi. Don’t go to this place. Unless you’re desparate and haven’t had you daily dose of frustration.

I used to really like this place but not anymore. They can’t seem to hold onto their employees so I end up with newbies all the time anymore. It seems that they have changed the product for my fills also so it just doesn’t last like it used too. In the market for a new nail salon

This place has great prices for their services. Even if you’re only getting a $ 25 mani-pedi they are incredibly thorough with you. If someone is free and you’re drying your nails they will come over and rub your shoulders. The paint they use is of great quality and the pedicure chairs are super comfortable. This is in my town, so I come here occasionally out of convenience but I try to make it a thing to go elsewhere because of an experience I had. They WILL talk about you in Spanish. I had two girl chit chat back in forth about how I had fat legs in Spanish and it made me feel really bad because I had come here to get a pedicure in the first time after a year because I was on medication that prevented me from doing so. I was looking to feel good and pampered after a year of stress and constant doctors visits and they just made me feel awful about myself and embarrassed. One good thing I could say about this place besides the prices is that it is very clean.

I LOVE this place. Where else can you get a mani pedi for $ 30 or less. Plus, someone there rubs your neck and shoulders while your nails dry. Fabulous. My colors last for weeks after a visit here. Yay!

HORRIBLEPLACE. The owner herself did my manicure and is the WORST I ever had. She couldn’t wait to be done and treated like shit. I will never come back and do not advice anyone to go, unless you want to pay to someone to treat you bad.

I had a horrible expierence at this place. You know how you go into a nail salon and they start speaking to each other and you wonder if they are talking about you… well in this place they are. I just had my baby three weeks before I went in and finally had a little time to try to feel pretty. When I sat down for the pedicure the girl that was doing me feet was saying to the girl next to her in spaanish that she wasnt sure if I was pregnant or just fat. I speak spanish very well, I just dont look like I do. Then she was talking about my hairy legs(had a c-section a few weeks before that and couldnt bend that far yet). Then a lady came in and was seated next to me and both of them started going off on her. I even looked at her and said YES they are talking about us and they still didnt stop. This was suppose to be a moment for me to feel a little better and they made me feel even worse. I have been going to nail salons for years and the girls always just talked to each other about whatever but never about you. This place was horrible!
