What a disappointment! AVOID!
20 mins in line to buy tickets.
No bathrooms on trains, so 20+ minute port-​a-​potty lines.
Minimally decorated commuter rail trains.
Barely audible recording of story is played over crummy speakers.
Little staff interaction — most did nothing, Conductor and Santa did their part.
The North Pole is a trashy display of $ 200 in Christmas lights.
…all this for $ 58 /​ticket!
Other places do this right. It’s hard to get tickets in NH, but as best I can tell, the Woonsocket operation is better.
I wish I’d read an accurate review like this before going. Don’t trust the 5 star reviews on FB. There’s no way those people had the same experience we did.
