Difficult to believe that reviews do not exist for this place. Reception desk at FORMER Hopewell Junction area was okay. Try to call this office, try to schedule an appointment, or an appointment in the near future, good luck. Weeks ago, we noticed that they opened new office across from John Jay HS. Kid injured at HS, brought in, they would not see us or even attempt to schedule an appointment. Extremely rude reception, unapologetic. So we made appointment for this above address. We get there, last week; we enter the outside doors at this above address; sign on door states they’ve moved to 1559 Route 52. Great, now we are officially late. We arrive at the NEW office location (same one visited weeks ago) 6.2 miles back, and the reception people are extremely rude, unapologetic, brusque, etc. We noticed people protesting at the new location for two months. I only gave it two stars because an excellent dr. works there– William Colman. He deserves 5 stars. NOTE TO ORTHO. ASSOC. OF HOPEWELL OFFICE — PUT A HUGE SIGN OUTSIDE YOUR OLD OFFICE, AND NOTIFY YOUR PATIENTS WHO CALL IN THAT ITS LOCATED AT 1559 RTE 52. RECEPTION DESK — REVISE YOUR MANNERS TOWARD THE PUBLIC. THE DOCTORS WHO WORK THERE DO NOT DESERVE THIS POOR BEHAVIOR TOWARD THEIR PATIENTS.
