Tow Boss Towing & Recovery

Last night I needed roadside assistance as my wife’s tire blew out. I contacted my insurance company and they referred my case to Tow Boss. Tow boss was ½ hour late. Their technician tired to loosen one lug nut and gave up. He told my wife the lug nuts were stripped. He seemed disinterested and told my wife he had another call. What about the call he was on. Am I chopped liver? There was a woman in the tow truck riding with him. Was he more interestred in her than servicing my car? He eventually came back after 1 hour and towed my car to my mechanic. My mechanic removed the damaged tire without a problem. My mechanic told me the lug nuts were fine. I have complained to my insurance company. Appers the Tow Boss tech did not feel like jacking up my care in order to get to the spare tire which is stored underneath my SUV. My insurance company paid Tow Boss for a tow at 7 miles which is undoubatly more money than chanding a tire. This was a very unsatisfactory experience.

Really great company. They picked me up after my car broke down and really provided quick and great care. They made my stressful situation better with great advice as to where to bring my vehicle to get fixed and just had an overall good attitude. I hope My car never breaks down again, but if it does, I could only pray to get a company as great as Tow Boss.

A+++ service. The owner Matt, towed my girlfriend and I, and he was very professional and a great guy. He gave us great advice on where to have our car towed. He also was very courteous. I will definitely refer Tow Boss to any one for there towing needs.

Saved me! My car was dead and they came and saved me. It was quick and the driver of the truck was friendly and even taught me a few things about my electric car. I won’t be stuck again but if I am these guys are my first call.
