Chasewood Gates

The apartment is nice and and staff is friendly. The only problem is that our unit always smells like cigarette smoke. We’ve called and they are very nice and tell us they will send out emails and such. I’m not really sure what they can do about it. The property is supposed to be smoke free, It’s not. It’s just very annoying to someone that doesn’t smoke.
So keep that in mind if you’re looking around.

I moved in a month ago. I have had numerous issues since.
First, I am in a corner unit condo and my place has horrible draft issues. I have to keep the thermostat at 70 degrees all time and the bedrooms are still freezing; it was so bad one time my pipes actually froze.
Second, the electricity is set up horribly. Everything in the kitchen and living room runs on one circuit so it constantly shorts. I cannot run the microwave an the necessary space heater I need in my living room at the same time.
Lastly, the place was not clean when I moved in. They told me the carpets would be cleaned and they clearly were not considering I emptied my vacuum three times the first day I moved in.
I would not recommend living here. I will be out as soon as my lease ends.

CHEATS! These people stole my security deposit. I moved out 5 months ago and they keep telling me «the check is in the mail.» According to MN law they must pay within 21 days or provide a written explanation and they have done neither. Do not live here. They are dishonest and the people who work in the office are completely incompetent.

I love staying here since, I get all the facilities like gym, underground heated parking, great view (not to forget) at one place. The apartments are super-​nice, well-​built, and clean. I would love to recommend this property to anybody who would not want any tensions while staying at a place.
