Ladibugs was so accommodating when we found our out entire family of 6 had lice! The treatment was quick and painless for my children, and they had zero complaints. And, they were all friendly, knowledgeable, and considerate given the extreme panic I was in. :) I’m not as scared of lice any more knowing I can always trust in Ladibugs! Thank you!

All I can say is WOW!!! I have used other services in the past, and its nice know everything is dead the first treatment. I don’t have to keep coming back and get retreated. The staff knew what they were taking about! They were very reassuring in the appointment. I didn’t have to come back week after week and get picked and re-​combed, because they eliminate it the first time. Thank you Ladibugs!!! You truly are the EXPERTS in Minnesota.

So pleased with this company. We, unfortunately, have had to see them twice over the course of two years and they were professional yet warm, reasonably priced, didn’t upsell and made my kids and I feel as comfortable as possible with the ‘situation’. Their facility is clean with things to do for the kids. They think of everything — dry your clothes you came in, cleaning out your car to drive home, etc. Very knowledgeable and sweet. Christina has always been who we’ve had from phone calls in a panic to the actual visits. The products are amazing as well — especially the shampoo. I have sent many, many people to the folks at Ladibugs and they’ve always been as happy as I was. On a side note, we also had a visit to ‘the other’ removal company, which was closer to our home — horrible experience. We would never use anyone other than Ladibugs again.
