My boyfriend and I usually goes to this pizza Hut because is very close our house, but recently my pizzas has been burnt the crust is tuff the chicken wings are always hard with no BBQ sauce on them and I really do not like the service sometimes they look at you like you are crazy when you tell them the pizza is burnt the bread sticks are burnt the chicken wings are very hard and old you get home hungry as hell thinking you’re going to have some delicious pizza and that’s when you are very disappointed I do not mind paying for good food I refuse to pay for food that tastes like crap there’s too many pizza places to eat at a place that does appreciate your service please do not eat at Pizza Hut on 10^th street in Hopkins before you leave open up the box to make sure your food is not burnt or hard because once you get home they want you to bring it back yourself and once you bring it back they do not want to give you your money back they wants to give you $ 5.00 credit for your next visit take your business somewhere else do not eat at this pizza hut I warned you !!!

Walked home from the bar and stopped in to Pizza Hut. We opened up the door and they told us they were closed, but they also told us they had a pizza that they messed up on sitting in the warmer and gave it to us for free! Great customer service and great pizza for the rest of our drunk walk home.

I have been a regular customer at this location for a couple years now and I’ve never had a problem. I always order online, which works great, and my order is always correct. I live super close so I always do carry out and my order is always ready on time. The staff is always friendly and the manager is very nice. And I will say ever since they updated their menu with the sauce drizzles and crust flavors the pizza has been great!

Disgusting. I placed an order for wings online. After waiting an hour, the driver finally showed up. I felt the box and it was lukewarm at best. I sent him right back to the store with those nasty wings. Rude.

Visited them at around 6 o’clock on a Saturday night expecting them to be swamped. To my surprise there were no other customers in the store. At first glance, this pizza place didn’t seem promising, but my fiancé had his heart set on their new bacon stuffed crust, and this was the closest pizza hut. I don’t like this are of Hopkins, the storefront was easily missed and the overall look left something to be desired. I was still not convinced when the first person to acknowledge me was an older Indian lady, who was folding boxes at what happened to be the only table in the small lobby. I was soon greater by a friendly young woman who placed my order and told me that my pizza would take around 10 minutes. I realized then that I shouldn’t have left my phone in the car, but being 8 months pregnant decided to forgo the walk back to the car, and took a seat. (On the windowsill, mind you, because the Indian lady was still folding boxes at their only table). Another customer came in after me, along with a flow of returning delivery drivers. As the man finished placing his order, the young gentleman helping him at the counter asked if he wanted to pay up front (which was not offered to me). He did and once the man was seated, the gentleman at the counter saw that I hadn’t yet paid, and asked me by name if I’d like to pay in the last few minutes so I could leave once my pizza was ready. I agreed and moments later, he very kindly handed me my pizza and held the door for me as I left. The pizza was mediocre as expected, but the customer service was phenomenal.

The office ordered from here today. I ordered cheesesticks off the menu and got garlic cheese bread. Why have a menu showing one item and send something completely different that isn’t even on the menu? Bad pizza and sides. Do NOT order here!

Dough WAY under cooked and when we called to get it fixed, the manager told us he couldn’t do anything about it because its a preset time. We couldn’t eat the mushy thing and threw the whole $ 20 dollar pizza in the trash. The manager said he could give us a $ 10 credit after he argued for 3 minutes about not being able to do anything about it. We didn’t understand why he wouldn’t give us a FULL Credit for what we paid or send out an edible pizza. Going to bed hungry tonight and will NEVER order from the Hopkins location. If you must, make sure NOT to order stuffed crust.

It’s a Pizza Hut, so it’s not going to be anything top of the line; however, the food quality isn’t bad as compared to some other Pizza Huts I’ve been to. Each time I’ve ordered for takeout or delivery, the food has been hot and done correctly.
Yes, it’s greasy.
Yes, the service leaves something to be desired.
It’s Pizza Hut. It’s yummy and cheap.

It’s the same «heated up» style like at Target. Not good.
