Immediate quote! I called and spoke to Luiz and was given a quote to fix the phone with 2 options: repair price + overnight shipping to expedite fix or price of repair only with free shipping. I loved that option because we did not need the phone back right away and it saved me money in the long run. We had a charging port replaced in a HTC One M8 which a lot of places would not repair due to age of product and lack of immediate repair supplies on hand. Smartfix did not hesitate on ordering the part nor did they lack in workmanship and follow through. The repair ($ 40.00) was done in 2 business days, full explanation of what was done and a 30 day guarantee on their work. I will go back to Smartfix for ALL my family’s cellphone repair needs. I highly recommend them!

The repair price for the charging port on my cell phone was very fair. I called ahead to make an appointment and my phone was fixed in 20 minutes. The two people working were very polite and answered all of my questions before the repair. I was not charged until the repair was complete. I would use them again with no question.

They did a way better job on my phone than gophermods did and it was 20 – 30 bucks cheaper too. They actually fixed things that they didn’t need to for free; this place is the best in the Twin Cities area for sure.
