What a nice group of ladies from the Optometrist Dr. Tracey Dexter to the ladies in the eyewear department specifically Anita. The eye exam itself is typical but I actually felt like the doctor cared to get to know me– I haven’t ever experienced that.
I wanted new glasses as my latest pair is from 2010. Anita was awesome– she spent a lot of time taking my face shape and features into account. They have the largest selection of eyewear I have ever seen– I was shocked by this as it’s in Hopkinsville KY– what!!! I LOVE my new glasses and can’t say enough about how wonderful they are– I didn’t feel pressured to buy glasses that weren’t in my budget– they carry all the expensive name brands
A nice touch is that I received a ‘we appreciate your business’ card in the mail– I love stuff like that especially b/​c no one does that anymore.
Anyway, I am a happy customer and will most definitely return when it’s time for new contacts that I’ll stretch way past the 2 week toss recommendation…
